Great work, but bad communication. I came in at 9:30. They said bring the car by 11:30 am and we'll be out by 12:00. They delayed two times when I asked at 12:00 then 12:15, only when I confronted the delay. It's 12:40 and I'm still waiting. Their communication app didn't update to facilitate good communication either.

Have to give them some credit that they had the tire I needed when I had a flat and needed to get a new set same day. But after driving away, discovered that they had filled the 4 tires with greatly different amounts of pressure, with 2 of the tires dangerously overfilled to max capacity for the tire. I trust that folks working at a tire specialist will be experts on tires, so can only assume that they just don't care. My wife is fond of discount tire shops because whenever she needs a tire's air topped off, particularly when traveling, she can count on discount stores to have a quick drive up for air. But that was not true the last time I tried that at the Franklin branch. I drove around the building to find that they had hidden the "air here" sign in the back, and they had no place to handle air needs. I went to the car dealer to get it taken care of. A lot of discount tire locations are excellent. My experiences at this location have not been that way at all.

The staff at this location is awesome!! Super friendly and helpful. Went in when I found a nail in my tire and they had it patched and ready to go within an hour. I'll definitely be returning in the future!Thanks, Discount Tire!

I love discount tire. I've never ever had a bad experience here. Every one of their service writers has been professional, kind and helpful. This time, jax was so kind and helpful. Got me in and out at a great price and excellent customer service. I highly recommend discount tire to anyone with tire needs. Skip the discount big box store and go see these guys. They even include free rotate and balance.

Hit a massive pot hole in Nashville, traveling to Destin Florida. The result was a huge bulge in my right passenger side tire. The gentleman that waited on me expedited getting me a replacement tire and got me back on the road in about 40 minutes.

Still good! Purchased tires here before and this time had a nail in the tire. There was a line when I got there, but their staff kept it moving and attentive with everyone waiting.Eric helped me out and he was fantastic. Two tires were low and one had a nail. They were really busy and quoted about a 1 1/2- 2 hr rate, but done like in 1hr & 10 mins. Appreciated that since I was trying to make a meeting. I have found that they're always great at communicating with customers, and setting service and time expectations. Plus, love that they have an App to track when your car is on the service bay and service is completed. Great turn around time for a busy day and I made my meeting!

I brought my tire in for a minor repair, and one of the servicemen, while fixing it, accidentally damaged the tire beyond repair. When the manager, Gary G, explained what happened, took full accountability for the incident, and offered me a new tire at no cost.... I was surprised and immensely grateful, any story could have been conspired and run by me as truth. So I'm committed to keeping DTires Franklin my number 1 Go-To for tire service.Thank you Gary G.

Phenomenal job and cannot recommend this place enough for your tire services. They do offer walk-ins as well as appointments and do a very thorough jobI stopped by at 5:15pm, to get a tire checked out and the guy that helped me out was patient and explained everything clearly to me. They not only checked the tire that I had an issue with, but also the other three as well!!

I had a screw in my tire, so I just dropped on bye. I was out of there within 45 minutes and they didn't charge me anything. Everyone was really nice. Great customer service!

I made an appointment to purchase new tires for my vehicle. I was greeted as soon as I stepped out of my car, the associate took all of my information, and I paid. The associate quoted me 40 minutes for the entire process, but it was complete in less than 30!! Quick, informative, and pain free! Exactly how it should be- and a very responsible price! I will never buy tires anywhere else.

I took my vehicle to the Franklin TN store on Nov. 30 to get a tire with a slow leak repaired. The salesman informed me he could not legally repair the tire because it only had 2/32 tread left. He told me it was dangerous to drive and tried selling me a new set. I returned to the Spring Hill store the next day to inquire about new tires. They looked at my tires and measured them. They measured 4/32 tread life and said it would be no problem repairing the tire. I would give the Spring Hill store 5 stars but will never return to the Franklin store.
