Stood in line for 10 minutes waiting to make a deposit. An older white gentlemen walks in and is called to the front desk by the teller—bypassing me and others in the line. It’s possible that I became invisible for a moment I guess, but I felt so disrespected that I left.

I would rather hide jars of money in my yard, then deal with this branch. Don't expect to use an ATM, as it is always out of service. How about the lobby you ask? Good luck getting treated well, not a single friendly person behind the counter. Looking for convenience? Look elsewhere. If you need help, visit literally any other branch in the area.

Excellent customer service! I needed to open an account at Regions so that I could do some banking between accounts of family members who already had accounts with Regions. As soon as I walked in the Murfreesboro Road branch in Franklin, TN, I was met by Megan. She quickly understood what I needed and helped me set up an account that had no monthly fees, unlimited withdrawals and deposits. She even helped me set up my online banking as this was the first time I’ve ever done that. I felt very comfortable with her and feel like I made a new friend. I highly recommend this branch and encourage new customers to ask for Megan.

Nice in the drivethru, but the lobby can be kind of snobby. I definitely notice a difference in service when I'm wearing office clothes instead of jeans.

Had to wait 15 minutes in drive in to get some attention. I had to honk and scream to get someone to help me. I guess reps dont mind keeping customer waiting. I will never use this branch again.

Teller made a mistake by giving me more cash than check was for; called to alert the bank of the mistake and spoke with banker who wanted to withdraw the difference from my account. At the end, although I felt I shouldn't have to return the difference, I agreed to withdraw and banker didn't thank me or anything, hung up. Awful customer service.

Best bank I've ever been to! The staff are incredibly amiable and will help however you need them to. Drive-thru is fast, but I personally love going inside for the atmosphere.
