I never leave reviews because I think it’s unnecessary and petty. However, this has frustrated me. I’ve been banking at regions for years… I have given this branch multiple chances with duties no more difficult than depositing and withdrawing money… you know, normal bank stuff. Every time I have gone here, I have received a judgmental expression and tone from the clerk towards me.There was an instance where I needed a few thousand in cash… Not a big deal…. But I was met with judgement…. Being asked if I could just take a cashiers check multiple times… (and this wasn’t because they didn’t have the cash on hand) and finally received my cash after she spoke to the manager a few times. This isn’t how it is supposed to work. I am giving my money to a bank, if I need a small sum in cash one day I can withdrawal it without any input from the clerk. “Are you sure you can’t just take a cashiers check?” for only 3k…. No that’s where the clerk needs to understand their bounds.I hope someone sees this and self reflects. Just giving some constructive feedback…

First time visiting this branch of the bank. Needed to take care of some mortgage business within a 24 hours time frame. So I called to see if it could be conducted at the drive-through. Super friendly and helpful phone "teller" (Brian-?) assured me it was possible and gave clear instructions for my arrival at the bank. Upon arrival at the drive-thru, I was greeted by an equally friendly and helpful teller, Dawn, who repeated the clear and concise instructions for completing my banking business. Polite, cheerful, courteous and respectful. Best service anyone could ask for!

Definitely, there should be a phone # for each branch. All I want to do is order checks. That should not be this difficult. Can't do it online because I don't have PW, etc.

I havent been able to access my account in over a month. I've dealt with about 6 hours worth of customer service to get password and username fixed, but get an error code everytime i try to log back in. By far the most ineffective system ive dealt with. Dissolving my regions account is the best banking decision at this point. 5/3rd here i come!

We have banked at this branch as long as it has it has been here and find the entire staff very professional, pleasant and helpful. However, echoing a previous customer's comment, it would be sooooooooo helpful to have phone numbers for the individual branches. A corporate decision, I'm sure, but I can drive to the branch quicker than going through the full decision tree on the 800 number. The decision makers should try it sometime.

Best bank ever. When I moved I tried another bank that was closer and left immediately and came back. It was worth the extra drive to stay with regions. I've never had any issues and everybody is very friendly. A little short staffed at times but the ladies behind the counter work very hard to get everything done in a timely manner.

Customer service is non-existent. I wouldn't even call this a bank. They couldn't even send a wire in a timely manner. Created all sorts of problems with my closing due totally to incompetence. Find a REAL bank if you want to do anything beyond finding a place for cookie jar money.

Worst bank and worst branch. These people are rude and don't care about people. To be working in the customer service industry they have atrocious customer service skills. They charge fees for deposits that are less than a certain amount, and fees for not having a certain amount in a checking account. It seems that these fees are hurting the people that cannot afford them the most. If you are wealthy then you will not have a problem. If you are a typical hard, working American then they will fee you to death and treat you poorly.
