The staff there's a pleasure to deal with, they're very helpful, always welcoming and answer all questions. The staff is primarily the reason that I do business with metro storage in Franklin.

The facility is immaculate from the parking lot to the hallways and units. Patrick and Taylor were the nicest and most knowledgeable people. They made the process of acquiring and moving out of storage a simple process. They also got a U-Haul ready for us last minute on our move out day and made sure we had water when we were loading our truck. They are the best of THE Best!!

This is by far the best self storage in all of Franklin. Honestly have had storage in other states and Metro is superior in so many ways. Taylor and the rest of the staff truly treat you like family and go above and beyond to assist in any way possible. The facility is very clean, well lit, temperature controlled, with a large back up bay and huge roll up door to easily move very large items in and out. Very highly recommend Metro Self Storage.

Nicest uhaul that we've ever used. Personnel were excellent, friendly and on time. We have used uhaul in all moves from Tennessee to Michigan to Texas to Kentucky back to Nashville and now Springhill. Thank you for your company!!! ☺️
