When I got into the room I notice that when the door was closed (Room 135) I could see a lot of light under the door. Upon inspection I found there to be a greater than one inch gap. It was decently clean but not perfect. The following morning I woke early and left to get some breakfast and go for a walk downtown to watch the set up of the Franklin Festival. Getting back to the room around 8:00am with the curtain open the cleaning lady cupped her hands and looked through the window. From then until around 9am she did this four times. After the fourth time and a little after 9am she just opens the door and tells me check out is at 11am, which I already knew. I had to get up off the bed and walk to the door to make her leave and to shut the door. Management was very unconcerned and called today, 4/29/2024 and said the lady had never done this before but admitted she did it. Please be aware if you choose to stay here you may not have privacy and I would make sure I didn't leave any valuable's in the room.

We stood for 10 min at the door bc the door bell didn't work, we tried calling and could hear it ringing, but no one came. My husband beat on the door and alittle lady came wide eyed to the door! The rooms are old- smell like smoke and had holes in the sheets. We didn't find any bugs, but a few crumbs. Dirty corners, and worn out carpet. If it wasn't 1am, and every other hotel booked within 100 miles (believe me, we called) we would NOT of stayed here. Very disappointed in "Quality Inn"...

Comfortable beds, not a bad location as far as having food choices, service was great, had an issue with check in but the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and got it taken care of for us. If you're looking for a decent stay at a decent price this place is perfect.

I have given this hotel to stars for two reasons. The bedding seem to be clean and the milk wasn’t sour. I am 6 foot tall, 245 pounds prior marine, and I carry my firearm. Plus, I’m too dumb to be afraid of anything. Most people would not feel secure at all in this place. The two back doors that they send you in from the shady parking lot or not locked because they have been broken into before. See picture. The wallpaper is peeling off on the walls and breaking loose on the ceilings. Although the rooms are non-smoking, you can tell many people have not followed those rules from the lingering stench . If you set your alarm to get up and shower, set it at least a half hour earlier so you can turn the water on to wait for the hot water to kick in. Actually hot water never really kicked in for me. The receptionist dude looked like an escaped con. When I ask him, yes vehicles are usually OK and not broken into, all he said was they have cameras. But my guess is they wouldn’t work anyway. This quality in rates right alongside of some motel sixes. I keep telling myself it’s best just to spend over 100 bucks tonight for a good hotel.Safety: If you’re a timid, easily frightened person, do not stay here!

Bugs in the room & smelled like smoke despite being non-smoking. Service was okay. Location is difficult to get to. Would have gone somewhere else, but had 2 rooms prepaid and couldn't get our money back.

The rooms look exactly as depicted in their photos - I didn't take any, I forgot to. I had two issues when we first got in our room, first, there was a small cockoach in the toilet taking a swim, scrambling for it's life and another one on the shower wall - I killed and flushed both that I saw.. but we all know, where there's one there's a thousand more that you don't see. My second issue was the pungent overwhelming stench of body odor (not armpit) grease/oil/scent, and it was so bad that it overwhelmed my senses to the point it gave me a lump in my throat, and I won't stay here again. Too bad too, because the room was nice, but the stench 100% ruined it. The location is very odd also, it's behind smoothie king and next to candlewood suites, and you almost don't notice the sign from the street because it's small and underneath the candlewood suites sign, which speaking of the street, it is obnoxious beyond words! Traffic is horrendous, and you can't make a left into the facility so you have to go across the freeway, turn on a side street, turn around in the kia dealership, wait for a light because traffic is obnoxious, then sit at two more lights in traffic just to get onto the right side of the street so you can turn into the driveway - 15 minutes past the first time you drove past the driveway initially! - The location sucks in that sense, but it was rather quiet because its behind another building (smoothie king). The customer service was excellent when I called the office and when I checked in. Pet friendly, and pet fee very reasonable, $10. Too bad the room had roaches and the awful body stench, I would've considered staying another night had it not.

We were pleasantly surprised at the updated amenities of our room. Motel is set back from the busy road and the room was quiet and amazingly comfortable. GREAT SHOWER! Very clean room, very comfortable bed, beautiful updates. Would highly recommend.

The outside and at least my room has been recently renovated, and it's super nice. I have no reservations about recommending this motel. It's not the Ritz, but it's not the price either. I'm completely satisfied, and will stay here again.

I put five stars so people could actually see this. This place was awful! Not five stars, 1 Star at best. I had to stay here on my way to a music festival to save some money, and it was god awful. I asked for a nonsmoking room, but it wreaked of cigarettes, B.O., and everything seemed slightly damp in the room from the wet and moldy AC unit.I’ve been to some questionable places to save money but this was by far the worst. The walls were yellowed, the tv and remote didn’t work, the couch was musty and damp, and the sheets on the bed had stains and holes in them. The staff were extremely nice, but didn’t do anything about it, and whereas the room smelled like a collection of sewer, the lobby was overwhelmingly saturated with heavy duty cleaning chemical smells. Smelled like someone made a cocktail of bleach, tide, insecticide, and splashed it everywhere, so that can’t be good for the staff to be breathing in every day. Also ALL the pictures they have of the place must have been on opening day because the building, rooms, lobby, look nothing like the pictures, and not in a good way!Stay away for your own sake?
