People are usually so nice here, but the lady in Floral was so snappy and rude today, as was one of the women working in the bakery...smh shame

Amazing atmosphere with staff who are knowledgeable and genuinely care for the customer and helping them find what they need rather than most where the employees seem to play hide and go seek with you. Will the butcher in particular when above and beyond. He helped me find some nice steaks for my grandparents 65th anniversary and is a genuine kind hearted guy. Thanks Will!

Better than Subway.
And that's the bottom line, because Publix says so.

The store is a model example of the Publix brand.
Staff are knowledgable and friendly. Helpful is a given.
randomly rotating brands is an issue.
You become accustomed to brands you like and soon it is supplanted by a brand you are not familiar with.
Some products are in short supply and empty shelves are becoming more common.
