I was just added Narcan to my prescription. I was not informed it was going to be in there and my daughter picked it up because I’m in the hospital and I was charged $93 for some thing I don’t need or want. They won’t take it back or reimburse. The pharmacist solution was “Save it for a Rainy Day”.My daughter nor I was aware it was in there. It can be refused but any drug can be refused they do not have to inform you. Not impressed by Publix today.

I think it’s a pre-requisite to be rude to work here. We’ve been using this pharmacy for the past 4 years for the convenience of the drive thru and 99% of the time the drive thru person is rude and unfriendly. It’s such a bummer considering the regular Publix employees are hands down the nicest.

Went to pick up my medications, was told one was not covered. I asked what the insurance claim was saying and the tech told me it wasnt formulary. Im a pharmacy technician, I understand how insurance works, and this didnt seem right. I paid and stepped off to the side to call my company. Turns out, my meds are covered completely at CVS. Dont know how publix system works, but at my previous retail pharmacy we could go in and see a reason like that and let the patient know. I walked back up to the counter and explained the issue and the pharmacist, Anne, stepped in and argued with me that she couldnt take the medication back because it left the pharmacy saying it was a legal issue. I know they can still do a refund or take the medications back to send off for disposal if she isnt going to reuse them. She continued arguing with me but eventually gave the refund. She was extremely rude through the whole interaction. Even if I didnt need to use CVS per my plan, I would NEVER use this pharmacy again. Publix, do better. Anne has no business being your pharmacy manager if she cant talk to patients any kinder than the way she acted.

I shop at this store on average 3 times a week. Have never had a problem at all. This past week I purchased some deli meat and for the first time was disappointed. The deli people had not cleaned the slicer. The next day when I opened the bags my food was dirty. I called the store and left a message for the deli manager but have not received a response back. I threw all of my deli meat away.

The workers I have encountered at this particular location are always very polite and helpful. This is not the case at all grocery stores, so it is nice to see.

We love this Publix. The store is clean, nicely maintained, the aisles are spacious and well organized. The people are very friendly and helpful. For a smaller Publix, there's a really impressive variety of products. They're not always 100% on keeping things stocked - sometimes an item will have to stay on the list from one trip to the next, and the occasional side trip to Kroger or a larger Publix is required, but not very often. Most of the Publix brand options are quite good, a few not so much. For example, coming from Texas, where the salsas are plentiful and delicious, it was a little hard to find our new "house" salsa. I was buying the wife Pace, and when she tried Pace next to Publix hot salsa, she pronounced Pace bad and Publix the one to buy. Bonus tip, Publix queso is pretty danged tasty as well. So handy to pick up freshly made pizza dough in the bakery for a dinner treat. On the other hand, Publix tissues are a little too cardboardy, and the frozen veggies can be hit or miss. But I find it not a big deal to try and learn what the quality products and deals are. I generally trust Publix brand items more than any other grocery. I might give them a 4 star review, but when I tired of making a regular trip to a Kroger just to pick up an item Publix didn't carry, I mentioned it to them, and they thanked me for being a loyal customer and promptly started stocking it. Between the wide selection, their willingness to carry the products you want, the cleanliness and friendliness of the store, it would be silly not to give them 5 stars.

The Deli and Bakery are sub par at best, if poor service happens once it's a fluke, if it happens twice it a mishap, 3 times in a row that's your standard and it super low

I love Publix. There are a few items that I dont like. Other than them, I love the store. The freshly baked bread is never ready in the early morning when they open and when I want to make lunches for my husband and son. Instead I have to wait until the next day making 1 day old bread which then shortens my time to use because it gets moldy. Also, the small buns changed months ago. They used to be so soft and fresh but now the bread is dry. Also wish there was an assortment of doughnuts in the morning when they open but their never is. I bought chocolate chip cookies. My whole family said they tasted like a chemical. Not sure why. The manager told me to bring them in for a reimbursement but I never remember because my day is busy working for the hospitals and taking care of my mom. Lastly, the deviled eggs are rubbery too. They seem fake and not like homemade ones. They look good but that's it.

My family talked up the fried chicken here and I have to say it was delicious, crispy n well coated, super juicy inside and not too salty. We also got some slaw which was good and vinegary. 5$ select sushi on Wednesday I thought was a gamble but the rice was tender and it tasted fresh.
