I’ve been to many locations across the country and this one is the best one. Up to date equipment and easy access combo locks to store your stuff without going into the locker rooms. Friendly staff and always clean.

This location is so friendly, clean, and welcoming! I was just passing through the city and stayed for few days. The staff here is awesome! Machines are plentiful. Bathrooms are clean. :)

it's very nice place to work out and get sweaty. I loved the new equipment that they have received very clean and safe place free of judgement. recommend trying out and see if you enjoy it because you will for sure.

Great facility. Very clean. Friendly staff. The ONLY thing I would complain about is the fact that I think the space is too small for the volume of people that go there… especially after work. I really really think that Planet Fitness needs to invest in a bigger building for the Franklin location to support the large amount of people that go there. There are many times after 4pm that I cannot get to the machines I want to use because they are all occupied.

The people that work here care and I’ve not had any issues with the people who workout there either. Equipment was also recently completely upgraded. Great location also! The gym is always clean and well maintained.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Planet Fitness in Franklin, Tennessee, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The facility is conveniently located, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The gym itself is equipped with a wide range of modern exercise machines and equipment, all in great condition. I appreciated the clean and well-kept environment, making my workout experience enjoyable. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer, the Franklin Planet Fitness is a fantastic place to work on your fitness goals.

Great place to get a good workout in brand new equipment at this location black card member area is nice for tanning and massage I would have been at five stars had they had steam room as well

This planet fitness is always clean, the staff are incredibly friendly and happy to assist, plus they remember your face! The lockers have the built in locks so you don’t have to remember to bring one, and it’s just so much cleaner than every other planet fitness that I have ever been to when I have traveled for work and was not able to use this one. 10/10 every time.

The actual gym is ok but the girl at the front desk is super rude and wanted to charge me $5 to work out because it wasn’t my home gym. No one else has ever done that before and considering my membership is $10/month $5/day is kind of a rip off.also they we’re going to charge $50 to joint , $100 for my wife and I. It’s free on line. This is the chinches gym I’ve ever been to. In Franklin of all places. Sad

The Franklin location is the best I have been to. The equipment is always clean, cleaning supplies are stocked, and the employees at the front are always welcoming. The trainer JW is amazing! I met with him and he developed a fantastic workout plan that has helped me loose weight and gain muscle. I have started taking burn, core, and upper body classes and they are amazing. JW teaches them and he is super supportive and pushes me to do my best without being rude. Would absolutely recommend this location!
