Adopted a cat here today! Both staff members were very helpful with recommending products like food and carriers and let me know that they price match, so we were able to get a couple big discounts!

I get that stores are closed for inclement weather, but it's so easy to improve customer experience by updating your owned media channels. You can edit your store opening hours so easily on Google Business Profile. You can also record a message on your phone - archaic in this day and age but very effective for those who call and frustratingly just hear it ring repeatedly. You could even set a pop up on your website based on a user's location. Please invest in a little bit of training and operations to improve the customer journey. Giving you 5 stars still because despite this real annoyance, I like your stores otherwise.

Do not groom your pet here!!! I walked in the store and heard a lady screaming at a dog she was grooming. She said "You don't like me choking you but you won't let me bathe you." She had the dog tied up around its neck and it was so tight. Poor dog looked so scared. I hope management fires her!

Made a grooming appointment online over the weekend for 8:00AM Tuesday. Late Monday afternoon I get a message that they are too busy and can’t take my dog. They shouldn’t have an online booking system if it can’t accurately book appointments.I won’t be back in PetSense and it’ll be a while before I go to Tractor Supply, their parent company.

I was close to this business while trying to locate a puppy food that would agree with our new additions stomach. There was a young gentleman working there this evening, and he was so Informative of all the best types of sensitive tummy puppy food and went out of his way to read every ingredient on the suggested brands due to me forgetting my reading glasses. I was very impressed with the patience and compassion he had with me while helping me find the best food for our dog.

We have been going there for a couple of years and the level of help, concern and friendliness is more of what you're expect from a small business that from a chain. We rarely go in without having someone offer to help quickly and everyone has been friendly. I've met the manager before and have been impressed with how the store is run. I cannot testify to the grooming aspects as we've never done that but our experience with the retail side has been hard to beat.

Stricter for rules. I am passing through and had need for emergency wash. I called for self wash and it was open. Said I’d be there in 3-4 minutes. Another person arrived before I did unfortunately, I arrived at 4:50pm. Self serve Closes at 5pm and they wouldn’t allow me to wait. Groomer had ZERO pets but didn’t offer a wash. “So sorry”, I was told. Service with a smile as no service available.

I have been taking my puppy here for the past few months and Tracey has done great but this morning I arrive to drop him off and find out that Tracey is not there. We were hesitant to leave him but Michelle was very sweet. Fast forward to pick up… I get there to pick him up, not expecting to pay anything cause the past 3 times was TOTALLY FREE. Well I was told I needed to pay. I explained very calmly and nice that I didn’t bring money with me because I didn’t expect to pay for this appointment. They let me leave without paying. I tipped Michelle $20 and went home happy and planned to keep my business there. About 4 hours past after I had been home and I get a call from “the manager” saying they’re calling the cops if I don’t pay $81.23 after everyone agreed that I didn’t owe anything. I paid it even though I don’t think I should’ve had too. Another thing that happened while on the phone with “the manager” I looked at Stroodle and his left eye was swollen and very red. We immediately call the vet and they told us to come in. As of now his eye is okay after an almost $300 vet bill but they said if it’s no better in 5-7 days to come back. NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH HIS EYE BEFORE HIS APPOINTMENT. To say the least after this crazy day and a lot of money spent we will not be going back to this location. Even though I did really like Tracey.

Don’t waste time taking ur pets here to groom. They do a great job don’t get me wrong, but they don’t stick to their word, if their employees make a mistake it’s the customers fault, they just care about money.

Chelsea (spelling may not be correct) was FANTASTIC. So knowledgeable, patient, and obviously cares for customers and their job. It was so refreshing. We only stopped in on a whim, but will go out of our way to come back.

The staff is very friendly. My dogs got groomed and looked great. It is expensive for a bath and brush, tho.

I love this spot. We always come here to get food for our leopard gecko and dog. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful.
