1034 Wetzel Dr, FranklinOur beloved Bennie had a combination of issues when Heidi saw him that made traditional grooming a nightmare: separation anxiety, digestive issues (food-related & has now been relieved), and the assumption that every towel is a tug toy. The two times we had taken him to Petco, he had pooped on himself after they bathed him, so they were only able to bathe him a second time and weren't even able to get him clipped.Heidi washing him on our patio pretty much took care of issues 1 & 2 since he was somewhere he knew. She was also patient but firm when she informed him that the towels would not in fact be toys. She said he behaved well, which was such a relief, and he came out looking gorgeous! Bennie fresh after Heidi's groom is the background on my phone. <3

My last experiences with other groomers have been fair at best with a hefty price tag and mediocre results. Most times she would be still shedding and molting clumps after being at the groomer for hours. Lilly not only looks shiny and trim she is not shedding. The price was fair considering I hadn’t had her groomed in over a year and they were finished in less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend them, especially for those pups that have thick undercoats.

Dr. Hardison was so good with him. She was willing to X-ray him when the other vets insisted it wasn’t necessary. (It is worth the peace of mind to me to know what we’re NOT dealing with when the diagnosis is questionable.) The facilities are impressive and so clean and accessible. I will be back in the spring with all 5 of my horses for their annual visits.

Absolutely amazing at thinking outside the box and getting to the root cause not just putting a bandage over the symptom. I’d love to just sit and read her notebook she Carrie’s around with so much knowledge in it. She’s honest with questions everyone should be asking of medicine options, shots and treatments, she’s straight forward and I trust her completely…which is rare. She is very knowledgeable in all avenues of medicine and treatments that have life changing results. Holistic, Chinese medicine, western etc. Theres a time and place for western medicine but we all should know by now giving antibiotics, pills etc is NOT a one size fits all for animals either not something that should just be flippantly given! It’s also not the only option and the other more suitable options were around before pharma took over. She assertively uses everything in her scope of practice to give the absolute best care for our fur babies. When it comes to the Animal hospital itself, I can’t speak for the other vets nor staff because no one really spoke to us other than Dr.DeCozio and the vet techs assisting her. They weren’t particularly rude but didn’t say welcome or hello when we walked in either. So take that as you will. I’d definitely only ask to see Dr. Eva DeCozio if making a new appointment

My husband and I pop in once or twice a week to work and it's such a nice experience, I swear we are more productive here.
To top things off, they have a GREAT food truck in the parking lot called the Ginger Pig. Best breakfast ever.

It was a little crowded, I walked in on the for of my order pick.upntime and the person at the counter made clear that they are sorry there will be a short delay.
I waited less than 5 minutes:) in other places I waited way longer and got way less friendliness. Big thumbs up
I had spring rolls (those are fresh, not your typical deep frozen industrial trash) and my were they good. Big ?
I also had the sour spicy soup....again, fresh and tasty another ?
The pot stickers were also fresh and home made but not that great but still, very good.
The main dishes were fantastic. The brown rice had a fantastic bite, was absolutely perfect. We had one Luncheon dish which was more than enough and also absolutely tasty thumbs ?. The other was a house special dish and was also great, fresh veggies, great crunch, super flavorful without being brutal (was a spicy dish).
I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere because deco was a little questionable and it was quite full. But aside of that absolutely amazing and will be back. If you see my other world wide ratings I am sparse with this much praise. This place was worth it!

I really think their could throw their breading on anything and it would make it taste good. The fried okra was also another win for me. My husband got the county fried steak and again it was breaded and fried so it was tasty. You don't feel bad after eating this food cuz it is quality!

Karing Hearts was easy to work with and allowed our family to visit multiple times while the puppies were growing up. We brought our girl home almost 5 years ago. She has had no health problems and we adore her. Everywhere she goes people are asking what type of dog she is and where we found her. Our friends bought her sister from a different litter about 2 years ago and she is awesome as well. Neither one of them shed or drool. They are sweet with kids and other animals. Athena has even been raised with a bunny. Her temperament is perfect.
