This was our first groom for Zoey at 4 The Love of Paws.
She did an excellent job shaping her face and body and listening to all of my needs and concerns.
The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were very happy and pleased with the price and service. Zoey will be back!

We recently relocated to the Franklin area and decided on 4 the love of pays for our dog's grooming based on the great reviews. Our pup, Lucy looks great!. Raquel followed our instructions to the T. All of the staff were wonderful. The place was calm and quiet when I dropped her off. They got done with her sooner than expected. All in all, a very positive experience. I hightly recommend!

My doodle hates to have her mouth and paws touched and therefore, is anxious about grooming. 4 the Love of Paws in Franklin did an amazing job! We will absolutely be back!

They messed up my dogs ears . Terrible customer service and they cut my dogs ear in a couple of places .

Amazing team. So very caring and wonderful to work with. Did a wonderful job on an adopted elderly Bichon. They took the time to explain lots of options for maintenance on her. She looked like a different dog when I picked her up. So happy with my experience. This place will now be “our” place .

I've been a loyal customer at 4 the love of paw's for quite some time, but my recent visit left me feeling utterly disheartened and disrespected. I took my dog in for a flea and tick treatment, hoping for a professional and compassionate approach to his care. However, the staff's attitude towards me was nothing short of condescending and belittling.
Not only did they rudely insinuate that my home was infested with pests, but they also made me feel ignorant for asking questions about how to address the issue. As someone living in an area surrounded by woodlands and farms, preventing fleas and ticks is a constant battle, despite my best efforts.
To add insult to injury, they criticized the length of time since my dog's last grooming appointment, despite my previous visits being within a reasonable timeframe. As a person of limited means, spending over a hundred dollars on a dog's haircut is a significant expense for me, especially considering we never planned to have a dog in the first place—we took him in out of compassion.
The quality of the grooming itself was also subpar, with choppy cuts and missed spots, which is unacceptable given the hefty price tag attached to their services.
Overall, I left 4 the love of paws feeling humiliated and disrespected, rather than supported and cared for as a loyal customer. I'm deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by the staff, and I will be seeking grooming services elsewhere in the future.

I had my little one groomed here once. Chose express service due to his separation anxiety extra 20…ok fair enough. However, yesterday I was told I would have to pay double the grooming cost!!! Greed has taken this country down and over!! They care less about my dog …only ? F-

Today was our 2nd visit at 4 the Love of Paws. My almost 2 yr old Wheaten Terrier was in need of a groom and they did a wonderful job. Sam was the groomer who took care of my pup. She met with me upon drop off to get a full picture of what I wanted his cut to look like. She really listened and confirmed exactly what I wanted. I’m very happy with his cut.
One thing I really appreciate about this grooming business is how friendly everyone is. When I have spoken to employees on the phone and in person, everyone is so polite and helpful.
Despite the fact that it is located on the complete opposite side of Franklin from where I live, we have found our dog grooming home.

The owner did an excellent job on my miniature Schnauzer and it looked great. I wanted it cut shorter than usual and she was very easy going with her.

Took our 15yo westie here for a much-needed groom. The location is super convenient (in what used to be The Mane Event salon) and they had her ready in a couple hours! Girlfriend was a little matted, which they took care of without taking off her whole skirt. Her cut was breed-appropriate, which has honestly been a struggle to find with local groomers.I saw another review criticizing the use of crates. Our old girl was in one when I picked her up. I could see her from the front room, comfortably resting on a bed in a second-story "condo" that was fully visible in the grooming area. There were a lot of other bigger, more energetic dogs there, and they put her in a crate when she seemed uncomfortable in the middle of the action. She was still able to be around all the other dogs, was never out of the sight of the employees, and the crate was appropriately sized for her.

We followed Kenna when she moved and we absolutely love the staff here. We have been going to kenna for almost 2 years and she always does an excellent job. She is so sweet and gentle with my pup. We love coming to see her every month. Thank you so much for the excellent service!
