You MUST go here. If you buy a rug anywhere else, you’re out of your mind.We are home owners, not designers, so we needed more help than an experienced designer.This was our second time here and this trip, we bought one big rug and two runners, which were all vintage, but he sells new as well.Shawn is easily the best person to work with, on the entire planet. He actually makes it informative, educational, honest and fun.His sense of decor is excellent, so he steers you gently in the areas that you need to go.We will definitely be back!!!Thank you, Shawn.

Hamed and Vesper were both great to work with. Hamed is very educated on Persian rugs- both vintage and newer. We were grateful for his help! He was kind, accommodating, and very generous. We will be back! These are the best rugs we've ever purchased; all we've ever owned have been wool rugs!Thank you!

The owner Hamid was very helpful and did not mind unrolling a bunch of rugs for me, even when everything I picked out was at the back of the row. He was patient, had great suggestions, and was not pushy at all. I ended up purchasing 7 rugs and will definitely be back for more. His pricing was great - comparable to pottery barn but for something gorgeous and handmade. I highly suggest looking at the rugs in person, his website does an awesome job of capturing each of the rugs available but they are 10x better looking in person! Great overall experience, won’t go anywhere else for a rug again.

I am so happy to have the stunning antique rug. We recently downsized homes significantly and needed a rug and I knew I wanted wool. I was looking at new ones from online retailers but nothing had very good reviews and they were not cheap. I decided to look at this shop just to see and was amazed at the gorgeous rugs available for reasonable prices. The new rugs offered at this shop are less expensive than the antique but once you see them in person you will know why. I am considering one of the new ones as well as the one we got but I just fell in love with this antique rug and know it will last for decades. I was nervous about my toddler grandson being too rough on it and Shawn assured me that only fire or flood could damage it. Shawn is patient and knowledgeable and very kind to deliver way out in a rural area! I am excited to have a new-to-me beautiful antique rug and a new friend as well! Please just look at these rugs before going with a mass produced rug. I am already scouring the website for my next trip to get another rug!

We came in looking for a rug and Shawn was so helpful- he guided us to exactly the right size for our room and unrolled several for us to compare the coloring. We ended up with an absolutely stunning antique rug- pictured here in our as-of yet undecorated room.He was so courteous, personable, and professional.If we need another rug we will be back and I will be sending any friends to him for their rugs too!

You absolutely will not find a better place for rugs! Shawn has an excellent selection but more importantly he is incredibly patient and helpful in selection, offers great advice to consider and you’ll leave with all the knowledge necessary to care for your new rug properly as well. Prices are incredible! I’ve been looking around for a new rug for months but am thrilled that I waited and found Persian Home Decor. Highly, highly recommend!

Some extremely kind people work here. I was waiting on my wife to get out of an appointment at La Bella e Famosa, and one of the employees noticed that I had been outside for quite awhile. He was kind enough to bring me out a bottle of water and pass the time with me for a few moments. There’s a good chance we’ll be by the next time we have a rug need. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality on a hot summer’s day.

Anyone in the market for a rug should come to Shawn. He's incredibly knowledgeable, his rugs are high quality at the best prices in the state, and the flexibility (free home delivery, ability to see the rugs in your space) made the experience seamless. We had to exchange a rug we bought from him, and he was very gracious about it and brought the swap the same day to our home. The communication and level of customer service were just superb. Thank you Sean! We will be lifelong customers of Persian Home Decor and recommend to all our friends to also come see him.

This place and the owner is Nashville's best kept secret! Not only are these rugs hand knotted, beautiful and pieces of art the owner is one of the nicest people around. He helped me with sizes, pulled out rugs for me to really look at and compare with others but also taught me so much about the looming process and knows his stuff! I bought 3 rugs from him and he even threw in a cute little bonus rug because y'all HE IS THE BEST! I will never buy another rug from anywhere else and lastly, I need to talk about pricing right? Persian Home Decor has the absolute lowest pricing you will find in TN. I bought one particular rug that was rare and If i went 10 miles up the road it would have been 4x the price and that's not an exaggeration!
