I called this business a couple of days ago and was so put off by the woman who answered the phone. She was so rude and unhelpful. I had some questions about their services. I was confused when I said the pricing and services were different online and she very unapologetically told me the website hadn't been updated in "forever." Then she just sat there on the phone. Didn't ask me if I had any more questions or if she could help me with something else, nothing like that. Zero customer service. Quite the opposite. Just rude. Not a good look for that business or Aveda in general.

The salon is affordable and stylists are ok. The person who answers the phone needs to learn about customer service. I was hung up on when I disagreed with the cancellation policy. I proceeded to try to call back and they would not answer my call. I had to cancel because of an emergency.

This was a horrible experience! I would give them a much lower rating, but a 1 is the lowest available. They recently moved to a smaller space and I can see why. While there were 10 spots available for stylists, there were only 3 or 4 working the last time I went in. The turnover seems very, very high. So their answer is to raise prices, but they don't tell you. And if you happen to ask what makes up the almost $262 charge for a color and cut when you go to check out, it will take them 15 minutes to figure it out and give you the stylist's price sheet you asked for all the while acting like it is unreasonable on your part to ask for the breakdown. Even though you smile politely and book future appointments, the owner, Jackie, will call a few days later, chew you out for asking for a breakdown of the prices, refuse to let you say anything and then hang up on you. Seriously? Are you kidding me?? To be clear, I'm not upset about the new prices they charge, I'm upset about their complete lack of customer service professionalism. When I get my hair done, I don't expect or need all this drama!! Lucky for me, and you, there are plenty of other salons in town where I can take my business!!

Amber is amazing! I've followed her from another salon, where I saw a different stylist. During my first visit, she took extra time to make sure she knew exactly what I was looking for with my hair cut and was able to tailor her advice and cut to my hair type. I really appreciate her consultative approach and have been thrilled with her cuts, styling, and hair care tips.
