Cleanliness: All was good till she dropped the nail polish and it reached shoe s white i understand accident s happened but she tried to use acetone to remove red nail polish and some came off but then tried washing at home and it didn’t work my shoes were ruined disappointed there otherwise she did a good work

Kelly is THE best!!
My nails have never consistently looked so good in my life. I came in on a whim one day a few months ago, and haven’t stopped coming since. Everyone is so kind, and Kelly always takes the best care of me. Highly recommend asking for her☺️

Johnny is amazing and always does a great job. He always does exactly what I ask him to when I ask for specific designs or chrome. My hands and feet always feel amazing and refreshed. They are always beautiful!!? ?

Super happy with my experience start to finish. LOVE that I can book online. Got a same day appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. Anna was my tech and she was great. I couldn’t find a color that was what I was really wanting and asked if she had a suggestion. I don’t know why it wasn’t on the selection board, but it was perfect and I’m very happy.

Travel nails are essential!!! In my case they transformed into engagement nails. I came into Obre Nails with a few ideas (seafoam and purple tips) and Alice took time to walk me through ideas and I’m so glad she took the time and cared because I LOVE what I ended up choosing and can’t imagine this moment or picture being another way. Nails salons typically don’t do that, she cares about the end result and helped me with my vision. WOW! Alice was a huge part of my special moment.
The salon was very clean and welcoming. Alice was AMAZING but also was very impressed with the professionalism of the other artists as well.
I highly recommend Ombré Nails in Franklin and I will be back! They are above and beyond the other salons.

I appreciate that they pull out the utensils from a sealed bag in front of me. That assures me they are using clean equipment. All the nail tecs I've had have been friendly and accommodating.
