On June 6th at 5:30, after contacting the national Office Depot about a scanner return, and being told by their automated line that we could bring it to the store for a return, we did just that, only to receive some of the worst treatment one could possibly get as a customer.
The first sales associate was a young man who was quite pleasant, and told us to call the 800 number, but when we asked for further assistance (because we'd already done that and been directed here), a woman who claimed she was the store manager but refused outright to give us her name when requested gave us three different stories as to why she wouldn't accept the return.
When we told her that the 800 number her associate had just told us to call was the same one that directed us to the store for the return, she said "that number doesn't say that", so I dialed it in front of her and asked her for ten seconds of her time to listen to it, since we had taken 30 minutes to make the trip and she said "I am counting those ten seconds because I have other things I have to do".
Several times she outright ignored things we were saying, talking over us, and it was quite clear that she had no interest in actually assisting us as customers, just getting us out of her store. She did, and now my company will no longer be using Office Depot for anything, and I will be advising anyone I know to steer clear as well.

Closed early arbitrarily left me hanging as employee looked at me thru the window.Wasted gas. No other stores in the area / shopping center closed early.

I had a lot of documents to scan, and Mark was excellent! He spoke when I entered the door and asked how he could assist me! I appreciate the customer service and experience that I had dealing with him.

It's just your typical office supply store nothing fancy but the manager there, Angela is a class a B..... I hope she treats the employees better than she treats the customers..... Upper management needs to take notice and correct the problem.

I honestly can't believe how lazy employees have gotten today I came in and printed two color copies. They were 30 minutes left till closing and they were talking about how they were ready to get out of the store, the manager and one of the associates as they let the cash register hold them up, leaning against it, I ask her I get these bound real quickly with fear in both of their faces. No way could we get those done today you can pick them up tomorrow!! I said no thank you I need them in the morning. It really would've taken them five minutes and they could've earned an extra 20 bucks. I can't believe how unmotivated employees are today. It's ridiculous.

Tori was very rude to an elderly lady trying to find an item. She could have helped her find the item, but rather told her to hurry up because they were closing.
