I bought a package of two 0.5 Pentel Mechanical Pencils which were on sale. The price posted was $5 something but I was charged $7.99.

They refused to print out the documents. Employee George said I can't do it according to the company's rules I have to buy a gift card. It's the only “Office Depot” that comes up with new rules. I travel all over America and type without any problems.

Check store hours just in case. Made a late evening run about 7:30 to change out something purchased a few days ago. The new store hours aren't updated on Yelp so just letting you know they seem to be closing at 7pm. You may want to call before driving there if it's in the evening. Otherwise, love this store!
