These people will lie to you, call you 20x a day, and try to scam you. They harassed me for a week about this car and then when I was ready to make a deal, they spent hours trying to play games instead of just going through with the transaction. If they put a piece of paper in front of you to sign, don't take their word about what it says. Read every page. They think they can trick people and I honestly do wonder if it's because myself and all of my family who were involved are women. I didn't end up buying the car because honestly it seemed like they didn't want to sell it to me!

I wish I could give these guys negative stars! I've never felt so disrespected as a customer from a dealership. Questionable sales tactics. Move onto another dealership unless you enjoyed being treated poorly

Had a good experience while test driving. Not much wiggle room on pricing. Also, have not had follow through on set up of promised "work owed". I have reached out twice in two weeks with no return contact. Once about an additional vehicle issue found within the first full day of driving and once regarding the work owed. Good selection and nice facility. Very pushy on additional warranty coverage, but worked with me on getting payments closer to budgeted amount during financing.

They all treated me so nice. Best car dealership ever. Highly recommend. The service department is as awesome as the sale service.

We had our Nissan Rogue in to replace the CVT transmission under the extended CVT warranty. It took about two weeks longer than the service manager said it would. The new transmission slipped worse than the original, so they installed another after a test drive with the service manager. This finally seemed to fix the issue. The service manager said we needed a brake job, so we agreed to this service too. When driving the car home we noticed a clicking noise, but couldn't bring the vehicle back in for a couple of weeks due to travel commitments. When we did bring it in, the service manager said that a strut needed replacing and would cost about $1500. We contended that this occurred during one of the transmission replacements and should be covered by the dealer. They refused so I took the vehicle to a local repair shop. The local repair shop had the vehicle for one hour and called to ask if we recently had brake work. We acknowledged that we did and the shop said that the problem was not the strut and was a brake cover was not reinstalled correctly. Avoid this dealer's service department!

I had such a fantastic experience getting my car serviced here. I first called for a price comparison on a break replacement and was shocked to find they were actually cheaper in price than our local mechanic for certain services I needed. They quoted me the correct time it took to do the whole service and also set me up with a great rental (free of charge) due to a recalled part they needed a few extra hours to complete. I appreciated the text providing the website clearly listing the mechanic's recommended service options that also noted how critical or needed the services were. The sales manager Mark was incredibly friendly and accommodating and JR, my service representative, was very helpful. Every staff person that helped us was great from when I drove up to when I paid the cashier and left. Highly recommend.

I can provide some advice buyers might find useful. Insist insist insist on a written quote detailing all costs- car price, taxes, docs, etc of the car you are considering and a final price. Stop relying on any verbal statements. Do not continue the buying process until you get your detailed quote. Check the calculation and verify of all the figures, the math addition and particularly the tax calculation (% of car value) before responding to their quote. Independently verify (or know as fact) your percent of car sales/registration taxes based on your residence location and do not rely on their calculation. Check it. Perhaps they calculate 8%+ taxes on the quote when reality is 7%. Do not allow the basis of the price negotiation to then shift from car price to "out the door" price. Instead verify, discuss and agree on every figure in the quote- incl car price. If you negotiate on "out the door" and one of the figures in the quote is overstated (surprise!), such as taxes, they correct the overstatement in the biz office but then add the overstated amount to the car price. If you agreed on "out the door", you end up paying more for the car than they said. Never ever make a deposit. This advice applies if paying cash or financing. The business practices I see are begging for Nissan to step in and review.

Lazy....I literally showed up an hour before they closed (they don't close till 2:00 pm) for an oil change and all bays were open, with 8 workers sitting down talking shooting the breeze; I'm told that they are not taking cars anymore for the day. Yet no one is working and all lanes are clear. With a full hour left on the clock WOW...I guess they don't need the business.

I desperately wish I was not writing this review or had this experience as a young woman and first time car buyer. I was so thrilled to find my truck and purchase it from this location, but as soon as I signed the paperwork with Raj to purchase the vehicle everything changed. After I bought the truck and paid for additional accessories I was told that certain accessories that I paid for were impossible to add to my vehicle. When I asked for a refund on the part, David and Eric gave me a check for nearly $50 less than what the accessory cost. When I asked how a mistake like this could be made I was given no explanation. Not only was this experience deeply disappointing and offensive, each service appointment my truck goes in for comes back completely wrong. When I asked for the correct accessories to be installed I was told they were doing me a huge favor by helping me fix the issue that I paid full price for. I've never experienced anything like this before. This has been without a doubt the most slimy, messy, disorganized, and petty experience I've ever had.

I purchased a 2022 Armada from NoCS and after about 8,000 miles, the air conditioner stops working. I bring the vehicle into the dealership and they tell me it's not under warranty as a "stone came up and put a hole in the condensor". Apparently, warranty doesn't cover road debris and they wanted $1,500 to fix it. I tell them no and then come in and talk to them about it. Before I leave, they tell me there's a 25% off service certificate as a last ditch effort to get me to agree to the work (why didn't they tell me that on the outset?). I still say no politely and then make an appointment at a different Nissan dealership. The other dealership looks at the Armada and tell me it is covered under warranty. They order the condensor and fix the vehicle. They were much easier and more efficient to work with than the NoCS folks. I won't be back.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME A SECOND KEY YET. FINANCE GUY SNUCK 300 DOLLAR UPGRADE IN. STILL HAVE NOT PAID LOAN OFF AFTER CALLING TEN TIMES. DEFINITELY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY ARE JUST GREEDY CAR SALESMAN. After 25 days they sent the payoff check. Causing my perfect payment history to be ruined. Had to call over over. They will have no problem telling you a lie
