PLEASE BEWARE what you see on FB,IG and Pinterest is not the same company as what you see. AND NOTICE ALL THESE OTHER REVIEWS ARE FROM OVER A YEAR AGO. They were bought out by another firm last year. When I met with Heather Smith (director of sales) before I signed the contract she knew exactly what I was looking for and that was what the company was all about previously. Not once did she mention that company was bought out. After my first meeting I realized it was a completely different company and was not what I was sold. I tried to contact Heather and talk to her about it and she would not return my calls or texts. I did not feel comfortable working with this new company as I felt blindsided and they refused to refund me any of my money (which was a pretty large deposit). The man I spoke to on the phone told me in his exact words "sorry it wasn't a room full of blondes". Obviously what sold me was not who nice branding was but the work they produced. They then emailed me and terminated my contract with no refund. I ended up filing a claim with my bank and luckily the bank agreed and I received all my money back! Please do not make the same mistake I did! The company that bought out nice branding is WST corporate brand and JLB works. The photo below is not who they are anymore....

We worked with Kenzie, Amy, and the Nice Branding team to create our branding for a new fast-casual restaurant in Nashville. Nice Branding far exceeded our expectations and truly understood what we wanted to achieve. From understanding our target audience to providing unique supporting illustrations that support our brand, Nice Branding truly understood the assignment.To all my fellow entrepreneurs who typically DIY everything, hear me out, investing in your branding and having a sense of brand direction and alignment will save you a ton of money in the future! It’s better to make these investments upfront, so you can concentrate on the 100 other hats we wear every day. I would highly recommend the Nice Branding team!

There has not been one area of disappointment in working with Nice Branding. They have hit the mark, well, in fact, they have knocked it out of the park, with each piece of our rebranding. I hired Nice Branding Agency to helped me bring my business to life, literally from A to Z. This has been the BEST experience I have ever had with any business out there I have ever hired for anything. I have been AND still are extremely impressed with Nice Branding Agency’s professionalism, promptness, transparency but I am most impressed with is the creativeness, and uniqueness they have brought to every phase of my business.We started with my business Brand Direction which included my brands attributes, positioning statement theme board and brand story. I highly recommend Nice Branding. We began working together pre-COVID, and even during the pandemic, they were responsive, professional, and understanding. Our social media lacked a personal touch and overall branding/theme. Nice tremendously helped establish ourselves on social media. The graphics were unique and creative. Our social media is now set apart from other hospital facilities. We were impressed with the results and engagement we received from Nice created posts.
