Completely fleeced / upsold my wife up to $200 when she only needed an oil change. We were not married at the time so I didn’t take the car myself (I have every time since) but the practice of taking advantage of women across the industry must stop.

Maranda was great! She helped us in selecting a vehicle, and she was patient with us and answered all of our questions. Being able to test drive alone allowed me and the wife to have candid conversations about the two vehicles under consideration. For our previous car purchases at two different non-Mazda dealerships, the salespersons were present during our test drives. It may seem like a minor thing, but it was very helpful in our selection process to speak privately about the cars.It's our first Mazda, and our experience at the dealership was very enjoyable!

typical dealership that overcharges it's customers. $80 for windshield wipers? insane. i can go on and on about the list they gave me stating i need $7,500 worth of repairs. i definitely could tell they were trying to screw me over because i'm a woman, so they probably thought i hadn't done my research on actual prices for the things that did need attention. safe to say i won't be back here. if you want honest service, go to firestone. they also won't charge you ~$430 for labor.

I'm shocked to read all the great reviews because that was not my experience at all. Perhaps having a last name like Garcia hindered my experience. This is my 3rd Mazda I've owned, I've NEVER had an issue, until I did. My car broke down and I had it towed to Coolsprings Nelson Mazda. When I called I immediately spoke with someone in service that said I could tow my car in and would not have to accompany my vehicle. After several calls and leaving several messages I finally received a voice message stating they had my car. Then the next day I received a text (I attached photos) that said I could respond there, which I did on 1/3, 1/5 and 1/10 (while calling everyday) I couldn't even get a status, the link never updated. On 1/10 I finally got through to someone who said it was not the battery they had changed it and they would not charge me due to the poor communication and how long they had my car, and they didn't know what was wrong with the car. Then on 1/10 after my text about bringing my Mazda to a Mazda dealership and not knowing what's going on, I received a call in which I was told a battery was on order, and someone would call me the following day (they previously said the battery was changed, but now it's on order, btw no one called me back). I finally was fed up and my daughter took over calling, demanding answers or at least a loner car. She was then told that it might be the key FOB and they would not charge due to the lack of customer support we received. Finally on 1/17 I received a video that it was the battery and the key fob, but that's not the worst of it. When we went to pick up the car, I was charged $700 for a battery and a new key fob that we were told would be taken care of. No apologies, no concessions (as promised). The lack of disregard for my time, and money has made me so upset that not only would I not go back to coolsprings Nelson Mazda, I will no longer continue to buy Mazda vehicles period. Bought my car here, took it in for repairs Dec 22nd and have not heard back about what work it needs for 19 days. They told me they'd have it ready by the 27th at the latest when I dropped it off, because of Christmas. I have called almost every day and keep being told I'll get a call back and never do. I've left 5 voicemails as well.

I have called 5 times and have left my number so that I can speak to the service supervisor. The kids working in the service department don't know anything. I was looking to buy a hardtop(removable) for my 2012 miata nc. I was told they didn't have a roof technician who could LITERALLY BOLT IT ON. When I made them aware it wasn't a power retractable hardtop they just laughed and said "we don't sell hardtops". Meanwhile I have spoken to 4 dealerships outside of the state who could ship one to my local dealership. I still have not been contacted by the supervisors. Nor do I trust that letting a bunch of undertrained and uninformed children could install a 4000$ hardtop that requires a mad total of a hand of bolts. Short version, unless you wanna be swindled or talk to people who don't even know about their manufactured branded vehicles. Go elsewhere. This place has only irritated me, not a pleasant experience at all

I recently just purchased a CPO Mazda CX-5 from Nelson Mazda Cool Springs and I cannot, CANNOT, emphasize how responsive, personable and helpful their staff was. I personally worked with Matthew throughout the process of purchasing my vehicle and he could not have made it any easier. He answered my list of 1000 questions, showed me where all the functions of the car were (I'm a first time Mazda car owner) and he even offered to pick me up at the Carmax down the street when I sold my old vehicle. The hospitality here is unbeatable and I would 100% come back should I need to buy another vehicle in the future. 10/10

I purchased my 2019 CX-5 from Nelson Mazda in May 2022. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. Tanner, the manager, did step in and help me with one hiccup. I drove off with a great car and prior to this was always a Toyota or Honda owner. They did make me a believer! Mazda hands down!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! The worst customer service I have experienced in my 40 years of life. Both my car and my friends car came from this dealership in the last few months and we both have had several issues with the cars we purchased and have been made to feel stupid. After months of back and forth, they finally admitted it was all their fault. If you're a woman. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT come here. I have seen them degrade and make women feel like complete morons, and place blame on them just because of their gender. So Chauvinistic!!! Absolutely disgusting behavior!!! My friend that came is Asian and they inferred because she is Asian and a woman that they are "known for bad driving"!!! So appalled by that!!

The service department is great. The car had the engine light on. They checked the car out. Sent me a video of what it needed. Got it fixed. They also send you approval papers before they do the work.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new vehicle. Angie, Tristan, and Matthew did an incredible job communicating with me so that we could get the deal done quickly. When it came time to sign the papers I was on a time crunch and Matthew got it done in less than 30 minutes. They have great deals on their vehicles and great staff. I will be going back when I'm due for another upgrade. Thank you!
