Great staff and service! Although I did notice I was charged more than the amount on the price tag for my last purchase, so I have to return to the store for an adjustment. Something to watch for.

120 bucks for a light jacket? Over $50 for a shirt? I don't even want to discuss the prices of the specialty items : (I mean everything looks good, and if I had a lifestyle that resulted in discretionary income over 200,000 USD I might consider trying out these clothes. As it stands, on my less than 175,000 income, I'm going to have to leave this store to those who are far more wealthier than me... Or those that choose to live in poverty for a clothing status symbol (from a store that I don't even think I've heard of until I went to this mall).On a positive, my boys enjoyed the retro 80's arcade casing that housed sunglasses with a button that made sounds resembling flatulence.All in all, we enjoyed the atmosphere, but the prices were over and above inflationary trends for clothing.

Holiday buyer beware when shopping for boots in the Franklin store. We picked several pairs to try on. Each pair had a red hanging tag with 40% off. When the salesperson rang up the boots the discount came out as 15%. When questioned the clerk flipped the tag and they had handwritten 15%. They would not honor the preprinted discount even though that was the amount show to the public on the boots. Pool marketing on their part and a customer lost.

Allie was amazing! She is very caring for her customers and super helpful! She really knows her shoes! She does a great job with selling and suggestive selling without being pushy. She is truly the best ever!!! Thanks so much Allie!

I went in and the store was a disaster shoes looked all messed up, clothes and hats all over floor. An older gentleman I’m guessing the manager talks to his employees rudely. Ignores customers and blows by everyone seeming like he doesn’t want to be there I was very saddened to have a poor experience. I won’t be back and I’ll be letting friends and family know to get the word out and stay away from this negativity. :(
