The service at this location is the worst I have seen I would definitely recommend you find a different location to get your car cleaned service is terrible

ABSURD. Paid top price for the hand dry, wax and buff. I leave my car and a kid comes out, looks about 15 years old, no English. This is not good, I think to myself. I go inside, use the restroom immediately and wait to settle in for about a half hour until car is finished. Well, I come out of the bathroom and look at my car just sitting ther, by myself. I ask when they are going to start the work and the woman at the counter literally says “THEYRE ALL DONE.” A minute later. “They don’t actually buff it they just spray it on.”
One. Minute. Later.
I check my car and of course there is water in all the doors (they didn’t bother to open them) and in little crevices.
I was so mad I stole their towel.
This place is a joke. The woman inside was white but was learning Spanish from the employee. What a disgrace.

When paying for the top tier car wash, you’d expect the soap/wax dispensers to actually fully cover your car. No towels to dry your car either. This was my 3rd chance for this place only because it is a convenient location. Never again.

Did a pretty good job, but I would recommend opting for the extra rinse, there is always extra soap trapped in the door and trunk jams.

They advertise free cleaning supplies/towels with car wash but yet when customers try to use them staff will yell at them and say they can’t unless you pay for an unlimited membership. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Our car came out of the wash very soapy and not very clean. Doesn’t seem like there is any water pressure to actually clean the car, just a water to wet the car. However, there were parts of our car (wheels) that didn’t seem to even get wet making us question why we paid for that in the wash. I feel like the bare minimum for the wash is for your entire car to get soapy, wet and then dry. Our car came out with so many suds and was not dry at all. They do provide you with vacuums and cleaning supplies, but only after you sign up for their rewards program. We were disappointed with the amount of bugs and dirt that was still on the car when we left. For the price, it did not seem like a good value and we will most likely not come back.
