Be wary of Mercedes Benz of Franklin's recommendations regarding repairs from external vendors. They had high praise on their website for AW Collision. My car was damaged due to a no-fault rear end accident, and I wanted the "best" for repairs. We took our car to AW and later found out that they charge $150 per day to have the car on their property. I can understand the cost of the evaluation, but to charge customers for leaving their car at the facility until AW can get around to completing their estimate? AW mentioned that they have so many cars on their premises. Come to find out, Mercedes Benz of Franklin's you are funneling customers to them! No wonder they can charge the $150 per day until AW can get around to providing an estimate. Just because you drive a classy car does not mean the dealership is a class act. Do your own research and read the reviews.

Spent a wonderful time on Saturday with Autumn and the team with help in buying our first MercedesRight when we met Autumn the wife and I hit it off. We let her know what car were interested in and she just pointed right to it. We spent some time going over all the items the car included then we took the test drive.After we returned Autumn gave us space so we could discuss what wanted to do, as far as purchasing the car. No pressure at all, which is always a good thing for the wife and me. After we decided to proceed with the purchase it became very clear this was going to be a great decision. Autumn and the team were very helpful with the entire process. As for me the thought of buying our first Mercedes was very overwhelming but everybody answered any questions and explained all my concerns nicely helping me relax as much as I could.We have purchased other cars at numerous other dealers. Mercedes Benz of Nashville was the best experience we have had in buying a car.Autumn, Brick, & Josh all were superb.If you ever are in the market for a Mercedes Benz stop in here for a great experience.The Darlings

Had great end-to-end car buying experience, from the initial inquiry about vehicles to finalizing the deal and taking delivery of the vehicle within 48 hours. Jim Ransom, the Sales Rep, was very responsive and collaborative and took care of all the details in timely fashion. I strongly recommend this dealership.

The service here was seamless. I started speaking to one sales agent first and got transferred to “Handsome Jim” during the course of my search for a brand new Benz. Jim got me exactly what I wanted down to the T and provided me email updates on shipment status of my car from factory to port to the dealership. Everyone else was nice, friendly and knowledgeable up to the documents’ specialist. Dropped 1 star only because my tire pressure light came on during the drive home.The team here did not try to force another car on the lot on me like other dealerships.

Scott was amazing. I walked in not really knowing what to expect, and with a pretty strict budget. Scott was honest and upfront that I was asking for a pretty difficult thing. After level setting with me he went behind the scenes and literally worked magic as well as moving a mountain or two while he was at it. He did everything to find a deal that would work for me, and not only that, he delivered. Because of Scott and Mercedes-Benz of Nashville, I found the perfect car for me and was able to make it work with my budget. I couldn’t be happier. If you’re on the fence about a new Mercedes, just go talk to Scott. He’ll give you the facts and do everything he can to make it work for you. Thanks again my dude!

This is the second car that I have purchased from Scott . First one I got was when he was at the other dealership and I just got one here with him at Mercedes Benz of Nashville. Scott is always knowledgeable, helpful and has never once asked me to buy anything and always showed me all of my options. I have sent him, my friends, my family, and it is always a pleasure to spend time with him. Just talking about cars. Crazy thing is he is the only person I know who can do more pull-ups then his son and his son is an athletic animal beast, and Scott does more pull-ups than he does

The service center will not service a vehicle within a realistic amount of time. I have a fleet of vehicles that I manage and was going exclusively with the Sprinter. I’ve had 3 go down for spark plug issues 2 less than a year old and one a couple months on the road. These items should not be an issue, and I should not have to get it towed to a local mechanic when Mercedes’s should stand behind their brand. But the Franklin service center is a joke. These vehicles have GPS, and I am notified when moved. It’s been sitting where it has been towed in for 3 weeks. I have brought the others to my local guy, who isn’t happy about working on such new vehicles, but is getting me out of a bind with 1 week turnaround. Heck, I’ve had one where the headlights wouldn’t work, took Franklin Mercedes 2 weeks to diagnose and fix that the wire harness had a short. Less than a month on the road.

Amazing experience buying a car from Mercedes-Benz of Nashville. I flew down from out of state and worked with David Bartol. Even had the car shipped back to my home state and David handled everything from Start to Finish. 10/10 !!! Hope to do more business with you all and David again in the near future.

Good job by my salesman James Ransom at tour Brentwood location. Made buying cars easy. However had a hard time contacting the finance department at my sale to cancel a warranty the following day. Left a couple of messages for a couple of days with no response.

Well, our RV saga continued after the tire stem valve broke and was repaired. 3.5 hours later the ABS and ESP lights came on. Searching for someone to fix only something Mercedes can fix on Thursday night. Was a super challenge. When Mercedes in Chattanooga couldn't fix it, it was on to Nashville. A quick call to Mercedes of Nashville and we were cleared to bring it in. Nic and the service guys had us in and out in under 3 hours. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They had snacks, coffee, wireless internet, etc. Couldn't be more grateful for them helping us get back on track.
