Very nice staff & willing to do out of their way in helping me. However, not a really a huge stock of men's shoes. I must say some of the shoes are deeply discounted so one could really wind up with a well made pair of shoes at a nice price both women & men.

Terrible customer service. Will never order from them again. Paid for shoes over 3 weeks ago. Never received them, and still no refund and no shoes. I've never had to go to my credit card company about something like this with any other company which just tells me they don't want my business. I'll get my refund eventually, but putting a customer through a hassle like this is really disrespectful and completely uncalled for

My husband & I were THRILLED to learn when we visited Nashville from the greater Memphis area that Cool Springs had a Mephisto factory outlet. We were well treated by a sales person ( I believe named Linda). Linda was very thoughtful with us. (She was easy to deal with during the sale & thoughtfully directed us to a nearby dog park after the sale. Learning of this park was of value to us. My husband purchased two pair of shoes that would have cost significantly more (& probably been beyond our price range elsewhere.) Previously my husband's favorite pair of shoes had been a pair of Mephisto shoes which he wore for 20 years & then had re-built. They lasted another 5 or 7 years after being re-built. I actually purchased a $375 pair of men's walking shoes for $125 at the factory outlet. There is nothing that makes my walking shoes look gender specificL they are classic & feel like one is walking on air. Mephisto--please stay in this region--some of us appreciate it!!!

Great shoes! Love Mephisto shoes! Brought my husband here - he thinks men need only two pair of shoes. He loved the comfort so much that he now owns 5 pair of Mephisto. Terrific prices! Highly recommend a trip to their Nashville Outlet store. It is the only outlet store in the US.
