Very very poor customer service. No prices are listed and they just randomly charge for whatever with your clothing. If there's a BBB petition to get rid of them I'm signing!! Stop the hustle.

They’ll do a standard job at dry cleaning. It’s very convenient. If you go in knowing you’ll get some very poor customer service, it’s almost an enjoyable experience. Will keep coming back for more!

The rudest employee I think I’ve ever encountered in my 60 years of life. Clothes aren’t cleaned well and when you inquire about it the response is “no guarantee on anything” and the employee hands me my clothes at drive thru pick up while I’m sitting in my car. I’m holding them while they are hanging outside the car. So I get out of the car and hang them in my backseat or otherwise I would have to drag them thru the front window of my car. Ridiculous! She was rude to my son who picked up dry cleaning as well. We won’t return and I suggest no one use this establishment. It’s convenient but I will drive out of my way to go elsewhere!

In all my 44 years of being on this planet, I don't think I've ever had my read service that I had today at this dry cleaner. The older lady that works there is horrendous. I greeted her with a smile and asked how her day was. She abruptly cut me off and asked me for my name and phone number. She seemed angry and upset the entire time. When she handed me my receipt, she screamed "finish!" at me. I told her I did not understand what she meant. She just kept screaming at me over and over. I'm not even exaggerating. I then realized she wanted me to collect the dry cleaning off the rack. I told her that her behavior was very rude, and that she should treat people with kindness. She rolled her eyes back at me. I'm never coming back to this place.

My mother-in-law took her best pair of black pants to them for dry cleaning. When she got home, she realized the pants she picked up were not hers…hers were black and these were dark brown and a much bigger size. She went back to ask what could be done and the lady very coldly told her there was nothing she could do. Could she try to track down the missing pants? Nope. Could she see if anyone had returned a pair picked up by mistake? Nope. Could they reimburse her for the lost pants? Nope. My mother-in-law asked in frustration if she was even going to apologize for the mix up, and the lady just turned away and walked to the back of the store. Now I realize one pair of pants isn’t the end of the world. But to be that rude to an 86-year-old lady is uncalled for. At least PRETEND to care about your customers even if you (obviously) don’t.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! You'd be better off anywhere else! The RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL attitutudeS of everyone there is mind boggling!! Then, after paying $25 to clean (1) ONE wool coat and looking at it, it was STILL DIRTY! They begrudgingly said they'd do a -redo but I had to wait 3 more days... when I got it back the second time, THERE WAS LINT AND HAIR ALL OVER IT! Seriously like it was never even cleaned! STAY AWAY from this place. Go anywhere else... plus, we should support HAPPY people! it's a real downer from the minute you walk in the door!

They mixed up my blue jacket with another one. Gave me one back that was 2 sizes too large then called me a liar and said they don't make mistakes. I will never go back to this place again. Avoid at all cost.

Been here many time and recently quit. Have had more than one shirt come back with a hole in it. In addition I asked for same day service as the sign says and I was told it would be the next day, even though I arrived well before the deadline.
