Men's restroom was trashed. Paper towels overflowing trash can. Store looks like something out of the early 90s. Not very well maintained at all. Drive by this one and go to another convenience store

Rudest staff I have ever seen. Only One employee working was taking her break and had locked up. I asked her politely what time the break would end so I could decide if I would wait and all she could be bothered to respond was “whenever I’m done” in the most passive aggressive way she could

Rude as hell. One lady working here sitting outside in her car on break so she locked the store, it happens i get it. However when I asked the lady what time the break would be over so I could make a purchase she replied whenever I'm done.

The woman at the counter was watching TV on her phone and seemed very annoyed I even was there. She left the show on while she checked me out. I spoke to her and she did not even respond. I mean I get it is a gas station but geez. The only reason she has that job is because they probably can’t find anyone else to work here

I stopped by Max's for the first time this morning and hoped it would be a good experience because I just moved very near this store and needed a daily stop store for my new driving route. Unfortunately, LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE at the counter was there to guarantee I won't stop here unless I'm so desperate it is worth speaking to what might be the world's most miserable gas station attendant. She only speaks in one word phrases and one word questions and doesn't remove her face from a Neverending scowl mixed with duck lips. I wonder if she had this same demeanor in her interview or if she found it possible to come across as pleasant for the occasion. Fire this winner or you'll lose more customers for sure.

I've gotten gas there 4 times at different pumps and not once did I get a receipt. I've gone gone inside to get my receipts two times and the same clerk has an attitude like she didn't give a flying f**k. I told her about the receipts and her response was, "next time use a different pump." The trash cans are always overflowing and there's litter all over the lot. This is a very poorly run business. Shell is two blocks down the street and will get my business from now on.
