I had a wonderful experience thanks to the outstanding service from Julie and Jason. Jason was a gem when I bought my mattress. He made sure everything was straightforward and stress-free. Later, when a slight issue cropped up with the mattress, I called and Julie was quick to recommend a hassle-free replacement, then Jason handled the return process like a pro. The delivery was flawless. They even called and offered an earlier slot, which was awesome .... Any concerns I had were resolved promptly. It was genuinely refreshing to be treated with such care. This experience showed me what excellent customer service looks like—it was like they rolled out the red carpet for me every step of the way. 10/10 Highly recommend. Thank you Jason and Julie!

We found the mattress that we were looking for, with a little help from Mr. Lopez. He made sure we had pillows/sheets/etc., and arranged for delivery/pickup on a date that met our needs.

We visited MANY mattress stores and furniture stores. Products and prices were similar. What caused us to go with Mattress King was the excellent product knowledge and customer service of Ms. Christopher. She is the sole reason we chose your Company. Julie is professional and cares. Great experience and sleep, after an exchange. I’m in sales personally and understand all the tricks. I am weary of the promises made by many. Our experience was absolutely great.We worked with Jason Lopez at the Cool Springs mattress firm. He promised, if weren’t satisfied he’d swap the bed or do a refund. We bought a nice tempurpedic bed and slept horribly. It just wasn’t right the right one for us. We downgraded beds but stayed with tempurpedic and have had amazing sleep. When we went to swap the beds, Jason didn’t hassle us with an upsell. He informed us of the benefits but was very respectful in our decision to change. He got the credit applied to our account for the difference and stood beside the new pricing offered through a holiday special that happened after our purchase.Again, I was concerned about MF after reading Reddit and some other things, but Jason absolutely stood by his word and gave us great service throughout the entire process. The delivery team and team to swap beds, were also very kind and did a great job. I’m not sure about the other MF reviews, but I can say Jason in cool springs, along with his team, fulfilled every commitment and did it the right way. I would work with him again.

I went to Mattress Firm to purchase a new mattress cover for an adjustable bed. The gentleman who helped me was Jason… He was Very knowledgeable , professional and helpful, as I wasn’t certain exactly what type I needed to cover a particular mattress. Jason thoroughly explained each choice & the differences, and I’m EXTREMELY happy with my purchase !!!. I will return to purchase additional pillows. Thank You Jason ?
