Wonderful store best quality stuff in franklin springhill area! Very helpful staff! Friendly! Dont try to go around lunch time Chic fila makes that impossible but any other time should be great!!!

So overall I love Marley's and go to their Franklin location (now that I know the have others). Actually let's say I love almost everything about Marley's with the exception of the regular guy who works there (my friends and I call him Mr. No Personality). No offense but there are people who should work in retail/customer service and others who should probably work remote. However today MASON was there and he made me really fall in love with Marley's he was communicative, knowledgeable and approachable. He made me feel like a customer and not a nuisance. I now know that there are other locations and the difference between the grades and strains there as well as that they have a loyalty program. I went to Marley's because they were close to work (out of convenience). If MASON was there everyday I'd probably go to Marley's for all my smoke shop needs. MASON MARLEY AND MICHELLE ahhh I can picture it now. . .hint hint

This is such a great store. Always get perfect, polite and fast service. Prices are reasonable and I've never felt unwelcome. Always a pleasure.

The same rushed and unfriendly associate always seems to be the only employee every working. He's rude and panics, when there are 2 or more customers in the store!

My entire adult team comes here and the whole team always does a wonderful job to take care of us. They are extremely well informed and genuinely kind. It’s always appreciated and I highly recommend. 10 out of 10. ☺️

I love this shop, not only do they always have the latest and greatest but the staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been going there for almost two years and I’ve never had a bad experience and every recommendation has been right on the money. Also you don’t have to worry about the product quality or freshness as with so many other smoke shops.

I come in here almost every night and i always receive the best service! This is the best vape shop in franklin, and i really wish i could remember the homie’s name that always helps me out… he’s got glasses and he’s super helpful. He never lets me miss a deal! ????
