Mapco on chickamauga ave in Roseville GA, I stopped for gas on my way in to work at 5:30am went inside to use the restroom. The attendant told me the restrooms were closed until 6am and refused to let me use it because “homeless people” come in there. Mind you I am in my scrubs headed to work, far from homeless. This is absolutely ridiculous and needs to be dealt with

The store on Mt Moriah and Ridgeway has to be one of the worst stores I have been to in Memphis. The workers have the door locked at seven pm some days while they hide on the side of the building smoking weed like we don't see them. Not only that they will be in the store looking at you while the door is locked and just ignore you like you're not there. None of them deserve a job at all. Bring in the robots orautomate

Please do not ever work for mapco it’s highly unprofessional and unethical. It’s funny that when you get let go and they do it in the most unethical way , there was no accountability and no actual process. It’s also very unprofessional being told from multiple people that people are going around and still talking about me and the reason I have gotten let go when it’s absolutely no one’s business. For one nobody should know but higher management , two it’s unprofessional and three the individuals are bragging about me being let go. So it proves to show that it was retaliation and you have a non-retaliation policy but nothing is being done.

The store on frayser Blvd and Thomas street has a wonderful overnight worker name Eldon. He keeps that store clean but he needs help at night besides himself. Help to watch his back while he's doing other things. 4_5 young men came in and 1 distracted him and they stole from the store!! Plus it's not safe for him to be there alone!! There are more ppl there in the day time and it's not fair to ANYONE worki g overnight. Better security is needed or a security guard.

I go to Mapco on Dickerson Pk past Trinity lane got two hot dogs wanted chili and cheese no chili container out no mayonnaise packets and only two buns in oven cold and hard ridiculous.

They treat their good employees horribly. Their bad employees are the only ones that stick around. They will not answer phones calls for concerns. They simply do not care unless they are making a profit.

I would also give 0 stars if possible if possible went into a location of Charlotte pi'll Charlotte Pike last night and the cash you're trying to beat me out my lottery ticket winnings Told me that I could not pick up my money there but gave me a slip saying that I had picked the money up so I left there went to another store store 2 Cash out the ticket the ticket and that person told me I needed to go back to the store ASAP the ticket was already shown cashed out So I went back immediately to pick up my money I mean I had to wait 20 minutes for the person to count out 500 bucks on top of that she gave me 480 I had to ask for the remaining 20 terrible experience I will never go to that location ever again matter of fact I recommend anyone not going to any map calls if they're hiring people like that It was almost or it seemed like the person was mad at the fact that I did not let them beat me out of the winnings I will be reaching out to management and to corporate

The Mapco at 1187 main st Hendersonville Tn at 4:00am on Monday today this rude cashier walked in on me when I was using bathroom and yelled at me then I told her I need to purchase gas and she just continued stocking breakfast food for 30 minutes ignoring me she really needs to be fired I've never been treated that bad in my life by any cashier I won't be back until she's gone

Mapco stores are wonderful. Mapco reps handling rewards are unhelpful and downright rude. During a Rewards transition, my pw quit working. I never received the email to reset it, and in contacting them via email, they told me I was receiving emails, but not opening them, incl rewards. That was 100% untrue. I responded and told them I received reward emails, and had loaded rewards, but again, no email to reset my pw. They sent a snarling email and Ive yet to hear from a soul. I also stopped receiving emails for my rewards. I tried the 800 number. It goes nowhere. I tried corporate, and it goes to a vm. It has been over a month, and I still cant login or reset my emails. I was a great customer, as two Mapcos are near my house, and I used them traveling. My family has since decided to go elsewhere.

Went to Marco Express at 2491 Tabacoo Rd. , I waited for an employee to even acknowledge I was present while she was fixing her coffee.....( she never did) I went to the counter and told the young lady working the sweet tea had not been sweetened, she said, "ok".I purchased nachos then realized there was no queso blanco, a lady from the back stated, "well even if I did get it , it would take 30 minutes to heat." Not sure what that meant.I came for sweet tea and nachos.... I got a bag of plain nachos and unsweeten tea,accompanied by rude poor service in Clarksville TN

I would give zero stars if possible, but had to add one just to comment. Store in Olive Branch Mississippi on Goodman Rd and Pleasent Hill has become a horrible store recently!. No one wears a mask. Clerk never have a key to back stock cigarettes. Poor customer service attitude. What happened to Carol and Amanda?? They were great! Clerks claim they never see a manager and don't seem to be able to answer questions. What the heck is going on?

Let me tell you. I WILL NOT BE GOING INTO ANOTHER MAPCO. I was in the store at 4134 Gallatin Pk with my boys last night and they walked down the aisle with me right behind them and the cashier yells to the in front of a packed store "get that out your pocket". I looked at my boys and they have a confused look on their face. I make them empy their pockets because I know there was nothing in them. I tell the cashier next time address me I am the parent and you don't accuse someone of stealing if you didnt actually see them put something on their pockets. I wait in line and she then refuses my sale. Fine I will go to another store right THIS LADY. WAS UPSET THAT I SPOKE UP FOR MY CHILDREN THAT WERE EMBARRASSED BY HER ACCUSATIONS. Today was one of the worst day I had dealing with Mapco attendant . She was very rude for number one u shouldn t b on yr phone while a customer is tlkn to you. 2 a customer should be able to make 2 different transaction if they choose. Instead of them saying you should have gave it to me firstSaying that she know how to multitask .Yet wen I went to pump my gas she hadn t turn the pump on.So I went nk in and told her if she was so good at multitask why wasn t the pump on .Clearly she has an attitude problem. 6-21-21This was the mapco close to jays resturant. 37207
