Great first experience!! Kathy is the best. Walked in planning on visiting several places but after my visit with her and seeing and learning about the faculty there was no need. Very competitive pricing, clean, secure and super helpful and friendly.

Visited on a Saturday to find storage for a relative moving to the area. Kathy was great explaining all of the options and pricing, touring the facility, and answering questions. Kathy helped us figure out the best size unit to rent, and thinking through placement of items.

* Unit type rented- Climate Controlled
* Purpose - Storage of household items
* Facility status - very clean, excellent condition, well laid out.

Great place to rent from! Clean facility and units. We’re from out of town and crunched for time trying to get my brother and mother moved and was able to come in on a Sunday get a unit, rent a van, & all took very little time to process. Mrs. Kathy who assisted us was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and was very sweet! Would definitely recommend this place to others.

The customer service was outstanding! Kathy was so helpful and kind! We had an issue with another storage facility and she was able to get us set up right away for parking our RV at Mallory Station. She went the extra mile! She had water for my husband and helped him park the RV! Thank you Kathy!!

I have spoken with the employees at this location several times. Kathy had always been very helpful, going above and beyond to make sure my packages are placed in my unit as I am out of town. She saw one of my packages leaning by a building and took the time to put it in my unit. Thank you again Kathy for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate it!
