I went for 1st time yesterday and I'll definitely be back every time I need something. The guy there is the most friendly and honest person I've ever met in retail. I mean he helped me more with the kratom products than other vape stores I've been too and he's never taken it before. And was completely 100% honest about all products and wasn't trying to just sell you the most expensive thing. I truly appreciate him not trying to just get the most money out of me that he could. Instead, explained things further past whats on the packaging to explain which would be better for the price. Awesome vape shop and I recommend it 100%! Don't go anywhere else! Go to this shop only!

Connell and rest of staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to find what I was looking for and educate me on how that product worked and products that were similar. Highly recommend that place!

Having had previous good experience with the Smyrna location I thought I would try this one out since I've moved. I was not disappointed. Connell gave me awesome customer service and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was happy to explain things to me and took the time to share his knowledge. It shows that he cares to help his customers make an informative purchase.The shop itself is nice and clean and has an awesome mural. I will be back and highly recommend them. ?

Nicest guy I've met in a while working there! Knew everything about cbd and helped my mom with sleeping problem. He's a manager and we talked a long time about boats and hobbies. 10/10 would recommend their employees have passion for this

Wonderful experience! I'm a traveler and have been to many vape shops, and this one makes the top of my list. The customer service I received from Connell was spectacular! He was super knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect flavor for my preferred taste in juices and nicotine level. I'll definitely make this place my go-to whenever I'm in Franklin.

Omg!!! What a wonderful place to go if you are new to vaping or looking for a new rig. My husband and I stumbled on this hidden little jewel and had such a great experience with Jarrett. The knowledge and the non aggressive sales approach was very refreshing as well as selection was truly MAGICAL! Loved supporting a local business. Great ? job, Jarrett!
