I like Lowe's fine but come on, get your hours correct on Google so customers don't drive here thinking you are open. Another store I frequent is open to 10pm and the Franklin TN store is listed til 10pm so I drove there excited to get my landscape lights after finishing all the work and now in a bad mood. Please offer me a substantial coupon for my trouble. And please correct the hours!

I would give -0 for the Franklin store if it was an option. There is no customer service there. When you need to talk to a person, you are routed to a phone where no one will answer and then looped there until you finally give up in desperation. Finally did speak to a rude non helpful employee after an hour and 15 minutes. You can believe I will never do business with this store again!

Austin in the paint dept. Deserves a raise! He was very friendly and helpful with finding the right stain/sealer and helping me with samples. Great customer service!

Overall standard issue store with tight parking in the front. Taking one star off for the self checkout lanes only. I realize Labor is hard to find but waiting in line for self checkout is really unpleasant.

Poor svc related to gardening and lumber. Also, store mngr for # 0629 sucks. Employees look miserable, beat down. They need new management.

I would give 0 stars if possible. We purchased a washer and dryer and were told that it would be delivered in a few days on a Saturday between 8 and noon. After waiting at home until 1pm we decided to call the store. After an hour of calling and repeatedly being disconnected I drove to the store. I was met with a very rude employee who looked up my order and said that it wasn’t coming for another week. I then asked for a manager he said go up front I don’t know who the manager is. I then waited an hour for a manager to help. We had to refund my purchase and buy a different washer and dryer set. I was assured that it would be delivered in 2 days. We got a message saying that it was coming in the morning as scheduled however shortly thereafter we got a phone call saying unfortunately they weren’t going to deliver my set and I would have to call and reschedule. So round and round we go. In hold now for 35 mins waiting to speak with another manager. Don’t waste your time or money at this store. No matter what they say they will not help you. Absolute worst!

Don’t go to the garden center unless you know exactly what you are looking for and where it is. Asking questions just annoyed people today. The first person I asked told me to find someone with a green vest because they couldn’t answer my question. I went to look for them but couldn’t find them. So I asked another worker where I could find the person wearing the green vest. Instead of answering my question she huffed and said she could answer it depending on what it was. Her response was “what you have is fine” but it didn’t fully answer my question and she just walked away. This is why people don’t start new hobbies because there is so much hate keeping and snobbery in being new at something. I just wanted to repot my herb garden but I guess I will just go back to shopping online and asking questions on Reddit cause that was a very unpleasant experience. I expected better from Lowe’s since I refuse to shop at Home Depot but they seem to be no better than all the other corporate retailers.
