I work in the car business. Auto Service. When you quote someone a price and then jack it up by $100 bucks, you become one of the reasons this industry gets a bad name.
When I make mistakes, I eat them. I, out of my pay, make it right. To be argumentative with a representative of a company that sends you a ton of business leads to a really bad taste in the mouth.
Here's the Breakdown:
Spray in bedliner +5 stars; going back on your word -4 stars. If maps would allow zero, I would have taken 5 stars off.
I will never use them again, and I'll steer people I like away from them.

Best staff you can ask for! Henry is so knowledgeable and does amazing work. He has nearly sprayed my entire truck now amongst many other projects on my rig. Very happy overall with this location and their staff. Anne Marie is a great rep to work with as well!

These guys are amazing. Have now done two jobs with them and both jobs were perfect and fast. Zero reason to DIY when their install costs are nearly zilch when you buy from them. A+

I've purchased 3 ARE toppers from here and always been happy with the service. The most recent one arrived with some damage from shipping on top- scratches deep into the top. Long story short, they took care of me and have a customer for life. I was able to have the replacement bumper of my choice shipped to them and they got installed quickly and accurately-- sensors all still work as should, camera, etc... Although some of the people have changed, the friendliness and quality work remains excellent.
