This place is a joke. Pride month? Joke. DEI? Joke. I guess they allow biological MEN in the women's locker room, just like Planet Fitness. HELL to the NO. Canceled my membership.

Myles at the front desk is a rock star. He was professional and courteous. He also helped me out. Great gym.

Very disappointed in the decline of this gym. I do not bring my children here anymore after someone named Kimberly was very rude and nasty to me and my family. Advising parents to reconsider joining. They cannot be trusted with children!

The single worst place I have ever worked. The place chews up employees and spits them out like 2dollar day old steak. They advertise work/life balance yet force people to work 100. Plus hrs a week with 0 gratitude. Eric the operations VP is pond scum and hurts peoples lives. It’s a shame because they had many honest hard working people they just threw away

Gym is great & filled with all the necessities. People who complain about price really don’t understand the term premier. Been to many gyms & this one was by far one of my favorites if not the best

This place is TERRIBLE. Lady at the fest had a lot of attitude when all i wanted to do was bench press.

Why would someone pay $200 a month for a gym membership?? There are many gyms you can go to and pay $50-$60 a month. So think of the logic, over the course of a year that is almost a $2000 difference, if you went there 5 years that would be almost $10,000!!!. I guess a fool and their money aresoon parted. I only took a tour of this place, glad I went somewhere else. I have other things I can spend thousands of dollars on.

Lifetime is an amazing facility with some fantastic people working there. I personally enjoy the many group fitness classes (hot yoga, GTX, Alpha) and I have worked with a few personal trainers there that have really helped me grow and feel more comfortable using the barbell on my own, improve my form, and really start lifting heavy. I have gotten to know a lot of the instructors/trainers and like them a lot. I think there is still room for improvement with a few aspects at Lifetime-utilization of space and cleanliness among them, but they are working on it and always trying new things/incorporating new features. I do think that they should expand and add kickboxing and row classes. I also think their social media and marketing could use a reboot. Just my two cents as a dedicated member!

Lifetimes gyms are awesome- this is a signature gym which means higher quality . It’s nice to make a day of it gym or classes lunch in the amazing life cafe- can never go wrong with a fresh protein shake. Then finish off in the hot tub- quiet room.‼️This gym is lacking ‼️ in the locker rooms need mirrors with brite lights - but ones that light up but in brite white bulbs. Women need to put makeup on it’s hard to do with low lighting even with 20/20 vision there’s a happen wall has a picture on it make it’s a make up earea for getting ready. We workout hard we would like to sit down white we dry our hair and fix our faces there r only 4 mirrors w better lighting where women r getting changed . If your gonna ask to pay 300 then please update !Life cafe *Please have a vending machine or something up front for food 8pm-12 they can scan those Togo meals drinks and protein bars - this is more profit for you and it’s only fair to the members to have a food option after the life cafe closesAdd more Zumba classes especially on SundayEverything else is amazing ? !

Fantastic gym, but it's starting to get crowded because they always take more members on... Staff is great as well. Taking one star off due to value equation starting to erode as the gym begins to show it's age and fees go up. Simple refreshes are in order!!!

As a founding member the price was right for the amenities offered at the time... Unfortunately as rates have gone up the amenities have not kept pace. Only three pickleball courts is not adequate for the demand. My kids acted like I was taking them to jail if I took them to the kids academy and this resonated with a lot of their friends at lifetime. Family locker room too small and temperature is always freezing compared to the other locker rooms. Cleanliness is hit and miss, but it's understandable with a facility of the size and the difficulty of finding employees in Williamson county. Sometimes it gets grossly overcrowded and it would feel more exclusive at a planet fitness than it would here certain times of the day. Overall if increasing rates is not bringing more amenities, more cleanliness, for alleviating the overcrowding problem....... Then you are going to lose a lot of members over the long haul. Hopefully the amenities will entice me back as overall the gym had a great vibe at its Pinnacle of operations.

Great aquatic program. I swim, whirlpool, steam, sauna, shampoo and feel renewed. Goal to make it four times a week.

Lifetime has a wide range of amenities! A big reason we joined was for Pickleball. Recently they’ve allowed people to pay to reserve courts. Let’s just say people aren’t too thrilled. Other then that our experience with the staff and people of lifetime has been pleasant.
