Is it spendy? sure, but if health and wellness is your goal or already part of your lifestyle, then you'd be remiss to not even consider membership. The class options, the space, the variety of available methods to workout are unmatched in the area. The whole facility is geared toward enabling and motivating their members to reach their fitness goals I an upscale, bordering luxurious environment.

Clean, open, inviting, and well ran.
Has a 5-star spa, the best locker rooms, a great cafe, and the most open and cleancut fitness areas (incl bball and pickleball courts).
Come visit for free!

They turned this place into a daycare and pickleball place. If you like basketball, you do not want to join this gym. Ridiculous

Best place to work out in Franklin. The price point is high, but you get what you pay for.

I'm an out of town Medicare Silver Sneakers member. Yesterday, 4/24/2024, I had some detailed questions regarding my membership. Allen, Randy, and Meghan could not have been more helpful. To a person, they went out of their way to fully and accurately answer my questions. On top of that, this is a fantastic, well-maintained full service fitness facility.

24hours open gym is what every member wants. You all charge enough to afford it.

We drive all the way from Columbia to come to this gym. (Mule town Recs prices are close to prices at lifetime with a fraction of the amenities)
My son and I love it here. The childcare staff have been amazing to my son with mild autism. I am always appreciative of the patience they show for him even when he acts up. They are willing to work with me to help him have a good time there. It's been hard for me to go anywhere because he doesn't do well in any other gym childcare or daycare.
After I workout we go swim at the pool and my son loves it. It's very clean and they have a lifeguard present at all times.
The goal setting session I got with Kasey was amazing! I'm so surprised how helpful meeting up with her was to help me reach the goals I wanted to set for myself.
The classes are great! Hoping to try out more soon.
The cafe is nice and relaxing.
Only downside is that it's not in Columbia. Lol

Spend way too much money to go here to be told to get out of the sauna for a 12pm cleaning ( please do in early am or pm) and dont even
Get me started on adults only (all day) in the outdoor pool.

Being four times the price I was expecting a lot more than YMCA quality.
Groups of adolescence everywhere not using proper etiquette. Much like other reviews it feels like a place teenagers get dropped off at.

Beautiful building, the staff clearly takes pride in their work. The pool management is highly suspect though, considering the woman they hired was fraudulently certifying lifeguards and swim instructors for MONTHS. I wouldn’t let my children swim here, totally unsafe. I know they recently fired the manager responsible for lying about life saving certifications and training, but to let it go as long as it did is ridiculous. Genuinely worthy of fact checking to anyone concerned, but please be careful letting your children and family use the aquatic facilities.

This gym has ripped me off one too many times, and I'm writing this review to let others know so this might not happen to you. They overcharge on the membership fees and in the juice bar. I'm done dealing with being overcharged on a regular basis by this gym that has no concern about members and instead overcharge people and thinks we won't notice! Stay away from this gym! There are far better ones that don't try and steal from people.
