I took a pair of MauiJim sun glasses into the Cool Springs store and they fixed the arms with new screws and adjusted them and I was on my way. Free of charge. The customer service there was top notch and the newly renovated store was very nice. It was a very pleasant and refreshing experience. I would highly recommend this store.

the BEST service ever!!! i came in wanting to repair my favorite pair of sunglasses and they were able to fix them in no time at 0 charge!!! i was extremely pleased with the service and highly recommend this location!!!

I purchased these for $300 in May. They arrived late. Every single call & message left was ignored and not return. Now it's July and they are already broken. I didn't do anything to them. I washed my face, picked up my glasses & boom, they were gone. I can't wear contacts & I'm literally in tears right now.
I don't know what I'm going to do for the next few months while waiting for insurance to renew. Poor customer service and very VERY poor quality. Everyone is nice in person but please go somewhere else. Get something that will last & consistent customer service.

No phones. I paid almost $500 for part of what will be a $1200 purchase and was told they'd be ready "some time next week." Its been 5 days and I've tried calling multiple times throughout the day. It goes straight to voicemail. I can't get an update on my order. Even if they aren't ready, I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication. Customer service is great and really helpful but I guess it's only available in the middle of a busy mall. I've lost confidence in my purchase.
Edit: Its been 12 hours since LensCrafters has responded and I have followed their instructions. It's now been 6 days since my order. And there is still no update on my $500 pair of glasses. I'm also including all the times that I've called with no answer and no option to leave a voicemail :(
Edit: it's been almost 16 hours and by the end of business day, it will be 7 days since I bought my product in the store. No answer from phone, no update, no inquiry, and no response to the link provided by the owner's reply.
I wish the associates had communicated more effectively. It looks like I will have to just go to the location and just hope that the order still exists. If that were the case, I should have been told a week ago.
Edit: it's been 7 days since I bought my glasses. No phones have worked. They still all go straight to voicemail with no option to leave a message
Final edit.
I got my glasses in May almost 10 days late. It is July and they have already broken. $300 Versace. Poor customer service and very VERY poor quality

I called and asked if the store could reshape some vintage Chanel sunglasses to fit my face better and they were so quick to say absolutely and to come right in! Within five mins they were fixed and fit my face perfectly. Could not have been more nice and helpful!

Kelsey was very helpful in narrowing my choices down so I could decide and get out of there. The process was smooth and easy. Prices through my benefit plan were competitive with the big box retailer nearby. This is the second time I purchased from them.

I broke a lense on my costa sunglasses and went ahead and ordered a different color of lenses. They warned me that it could be difficult given the glass and full frame style.
Kelsey helped me when I arrived and took her about 5 minutes to swap out the lenses and even adjust them to fit my head better. Free of charge! Truly fantastic service, and very pleasant interaction with Kelsey!

I needed my sunglasses repaired so I went to LensCrafters at Cool Springs mall. I walked in and the 3 gentlemen were very helpful and told me to have a seat. Heath worked on them for 5 minutes and fixed the problem! He replaced the screw, adjusted the screw hole that was bent, cleaned them and I was on my way! I was so appreciative and I highly recommend them! Thank you!

I needed my sunglasses adjusted so I popped into LensCrafters while I was at the mall. Kelsey was amazing and so helpful! I didn’t realize adjustments were complimentary which was a nice surprise. I’ve since needed them adjusted and made a point to go back to see Kelsey at this location. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

Dillion made this best experience at any eye doctors office I have ever had. I felt zero anxiety when doing the test where they blow air into your eye for the first time ever! He was king, easy to talk to, and made me feel at ease. Thank you!
