I own and operate a small business in the construction industry. I recently came into some legal issues due to an overpayment on material returns. Instead of the big box store reaching out to inform me on the overpayment they sent local police to my home address and charged me with a misdemeanor theft. Have so many nice things to say. He is so professional & relatable. He prioritize his clients & is super understanding to circumstances. I hope to never be in another legal predicament but if my husband or myself are, he would be our go to, hands down !

I never thought I’d be in a position to need to hire a criminal attorney. Fast forward I was put in a position to find an attorney for my boyfriend. Obtaining the services of Mr. Powers turned out to be a great decision. Being from a different state and being charged with a felony.
