Alex Malamud is one of the most personable, jovial and knowledgeable sale person my wife and I had met. He took his time explaining the different material / fabrics, the functions and the durability on each recliner we were interested in. We had a most wonderful experience with this Lazyboy location!! The assistant manager Reva has been an angel dealing with my elderly parents. She was so empathetic and so kind in understanding the situation with my parent relative to a situation in a long term facility. I can’t emphasize how helpful Reva has been! I highly recommend Lazyboy in Cool Springs and Reva!! She is exceptional!!

Products were delivered intact but the delivery crew left trash in my driveway and destroyed one of my landscape lights by driving over it as they left my property. I’ve never had any other delivery crew make such a mess.

Furniture that was ordered going on 12 weeks ago (told to expect delivery in 4weeks when it was purchased) has yet to arrive. Latest update is that it may take another 3 weeks. If you want prompt service, may want to consider other store and/or company.
Addendum: Store manager has offered to deliver all items at no charge as soon as they arrive, along with a small refund. Stay tuned for additional developments.

The whole experience was GREAT! From ordering through the delivery. This was actually a total replacement couch that we originally had some issues with and they went above our expectations to replace the entire sectional. LazyBoy goes straight to my favorites list!
