Friendly, helpful employees and a clean, not-too-crowded store. I love stocking up on fall pumpkins and flowers here.

This location is older but the check out process is always much faster than any of the other Krogers in Franklin/Brentwood. This Kroger always has the "express" lane open while other locations do not. The employees are always kind and welcoming which is obviously huge.

Your cashier just stole money from me. If your cashiers have a problem touching change, then YOU should provide gloves. I also didn't receive my receipt. I shopped in your store on 7/11/20 and I used the first checkout from your front door. I do believe that withholding my change is a crime. I also know that I should be given my receipt. We frequently go to your store and we can shop anywhere! I also told the cashier that if my change is under 50 cents, that he should round down. We ARE a US Bank customer, which is their credit card bank. We will also inform them of your practices.

I have been using this pharmacy since 2017 with no problems, except one big one. Now, the staff here is wonderful, I know them all by name. However, the one exception is Marina. This lady is always very rude, and I dread coming in and seeing her working. I don't know what her issue.is, but she treats people like they are beneath her and she can't be bothered to wait on them. The eye rolling, the sighs, the shaking of her head... it's all too much. She is extremely rude speaking to me as a customer. I won't quit going to this pharmacy, but something should be done about this person.

Unbelievable! My girlfriend are I are both ethical vegans who also have adverse reactions to dairy. The Kroger brand marinara sauce here- which should just be tomatoes and spices- CONTAINS MILK! We ate half of a cheeseless pizza we cooked together until we noticed our noses were both running. We checked the pasta sauce ingredients and saw they use cheese in it! Extremely ghetto and disgusting. Vegans and other decent human beings should avoid shopping at Kroger and shop at a more reputable establishment like Whole Foods where sauces don't contain surprise poisons/baby cow growth fluid/puss.

This Kroger used to be ok, but they've been rearranging the store to get rid of all the healthy options of food. I feel like it's going to keep going downhill from here. I went and asked an employee where something was since the store was being rearranged, and she got upset with me because I should of looked on the endcaps. The store's being rearranged, and nothing is in the same place on a week to week basis. She also happened to be a manager. Usually the employees are super nice and helpful at this store, but I've never seen this particular manager. We go the same time every week, and I have been for 2 years. I hate to switch switch grocery stores, but if you eat relatively healthy you're not going to find a lot of options easily anymore. If they were updating the store to make it look nicer that would be one thing, but they're not. They're only planning on rearranging and removing the healthy section. They said they integrated the healthy foods, but I was not able to find one thing I looked for.

Phamacist are rude and condescending- one Litterally tried to yell at me for asking a question and when I didn't respond she just starting talking about me to other pharmacists- so freaking rude.

Worst pharmacy I have ever experienced in 70 years. After 15 minutes of continued re-cycling hold.....you get dumped! Called back and immediate put on hold for another round of re-cycling hold and dumped again! They may be busy, but they may be a able to resolve a customers problem in 30 seconds. NO EXCUSE !

Very poorly managed. Dirty. Out of stock regularly. Shelves not stocked in evening or morning so more out of stocks if you don't go at peak times, when they can't manage the traffic. Big store little selection. Surly workers. It does not fit the area it is in. Have to drive to Brentwood for a reasonable shopping experience, otherwise just go to public. High growth area I'm sure makes store numbers look good so the crappy management is probably applauded for running a terrible store.

I'm very disappointed. When I first began my shopping trip here I thought "oh, I'm going to start shopping here". After wandering around for about 45 minutes and putting almost one mile on my step counter in this store, I no longer think that. I eat gluten free and came for gluten free items, some I had found at other smaller Kroger stores and some I just assumed a big store would have. At smaller Kroger stores they group the gluten free and "natural" items together. I never found a section like that here. I wandered and wandered and finally found one item in the freezer section, but, alas after all that time and wandering I had to go to a different grocery store for my gf needs. Cmon Kroger, it's 2019.

Best workers ever. Love the staff. The lady with the bun is the absolute sweetest! She's always talking while checking out and she always knows how to put a smile on ur face. Overall the Kroger staff is amazing!

Never anyone to check you out. Pitiful man. Being coming here once a week for several years. It's always the same. Only two to three checkers. You have to wait behind several cart fulls to give them over $100. Even Saturday morning. Started going to Publix and Sprouts.

Their click list is a complete joke. Order at 11am, arrived at 5 after work... waited over a hour
