We had to pick up some medication today. The pharmacist was very friendly and made sure we knew how to use the medicine. Excellent customer service.

If i could i would give them zero star. Every-time i go there to pick up my medicine their like sorry we’ve been please come back in 2 hours. Ye put your head off the cell phone and do your job. You guys are disgusting

I would drive 500 miles just to get my meds from the folks that run this pharmacy.. manager is amazing . And anytime she or the other manager have new people , they train them right! Thank you for that

This is not the store. This is by FAR the worst Kroger one can visit. A few weeks back, I was unfortunately shopping here and saw a CAT in the chips and snacks aisle. Now I'm not one to disparage on seeing the occasional feline friend but I wasn't happy to see this old and decrepit looking cat in a place that sells food. The lights are dim, the produce section has a strong musky smell, the self checkout is never open, and the service is relatively nonexistent at best. One is far more likely to experience a successful shopping trip at the dumpster in the back.Meow

Staff has always been so helpful as well as very knowledgeable whenever I had any questions or concerns. Even during busy times they are always willing to make sure that everything is to your satisfaction. I am really pleased that we switched to this pharmacy for our medications.

I've used Kroger pharmacies for my entire adult life with amazing satisfaction, but this is by and large the worst one around. We've now had multiple prescriptions not available when they claim, out of stock when they say ready for pickup, and most recently, "Ready for pickup" then told we had to wait a week because of a conflicting existing medicine, THEN told (a week later) that it has not even been ordered yet.On top of all of this, I have been calling multiple times all afternoon to endless ringing, and the only time I actually got someone to pick up was listening to the phone ring for almost 15 minutes. Then got hung up on when I asked to speak to a pharmacist about why the medicine has not even been ordered yet.I am now listening to endless ringing again at the 8 minute 35 second mark. Fun times.

What you have read in other folks' reviews fairly well sums up my experiences. Simply put, this is a large version of Kroger with lots of room to display items....but the aisles are convoluted IMHO. Walk in through the doors on the left front of the building and you will find yourself entering a nicely laid out fresh produce area, again with plenty of room between the displays. This is probably the highlight of any visit. Just past that area towards the rear of the store is the deli, mostly filled with Kroger's display of Boar's Head products...almost to the exclusion of other purveyors of cold cuts and cheeses. The actual cheese display is far smaller than the sister store in Westhaven, a few miles to the west, even thought he Westhaven store is smaller overall. (Perhaps, owing to a different clientele, might be the rationale for some aspects of both stores.) Then comes the bakery and, turning right....get lost in the maze of (again, IMHO) unrelated and aisles with not seemingly planned layout. Perhaps they are using the old ploy, "The longer you keep a customer in the store looking for things, the more they're likely to buy." If so...they've done a good job of confusing me. Staff is sometimes pleasant... sometimes aloof. It simply is not an enjoyable experience for me...and on a personal note...I *love* shopping for groceries and I do so for several families as well as a church mission. But....if it ain't fun, I ain't comin', back y'all.

My husband likes to go here because it's less for him to walk but they always have nothing we need. I have lived near it for 10 years and it's the only Kroger that's good for nothing at all. I am an avid WalMart shopper. WalMart restocks nightly and they pretty much have everything 99% of the time. This place has stuff 50-30% of the time. A lady complained about them not having what she wanted once near the cookie dough section and asked me while I was in there where I usually shop. I proceeded to tell her WalMart because they have stuff in stock all the time. She took my response to heart (I hope) and didn't reply. So if you are reading this and thinking about going here heed my wisdom.... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My husband likes to go here because it's less for him to walk but they always have nothing we need. I have lived near it for 10 years and it's the only Kroger that's good for nothing at all.
