This place is much cheaper than Publix with most items. I also got vaccinated at Kroger and they were able to give me a second vaccination card even after I lost mine. The hot wheel selection is also great. I like most of the employees as well!

I'm here with my one year-old son and after shopping in a store that was lacking so many products I get to the checkout and there's only self checkout available and it's 7:45 AM I asked the guy Mark to check me out and he said that he doesn't have a check out person and it's only gonna get worse.

Always a horrible experience, decided to try again after months and still horrible prescription wasn't ready when they said it would be and messed up prescription as usual. Shame on me for trying again worth the extra money to use publix pharmacy just for my sanity and blood pressure.

A young man named Aaron who is a pharmacy technician just opened the closed window back up for me right at 8 PM! He is my hero I am so grateful he allowed me to get his prescription this evening! I was told on the phone to come as close to eight as possible and he had just close the window as I drove up he did not have to do it but he took the time to get me my prescription... super grateful

Overloaded, understaffed, out-of-stock, and plagued with unreliable technology. Not long ago, this was my reliable, go-to pharmacy. That's in the past. Prescriptions simply sit unfulfilled without notification. Out-of-stock orders simply fall into a future-dated fulfilment queue again with no call, no text, no email - no notification of any kind. And no sense of urgency. That's Kroger's fault. Store hours are anyone's guess as signage and online data are never in synch. Show up and wait only to realize you must wait longer and possibly have to go somewhere else. Mismanagement. That's also Kroger's fault.Sadly, all U.S. pharmacies are now stuck with the latest versions of failed electronic prescription systems forced upon us all by incompetently conceived governmental mandates. COVID-19 realities are also partly to blame, but the underlying systems, procedures, and mismanagement are all to blame.

I think what I liked about this kroger most is that it wasn’t a Publix

The pharmacy here clearly needs some assistance. I have waited for several days for a prescription that was called in a few days ago. This is ridiculous. They clearly need more employees here. I understand things can get busy but to be 3/4 days behind on people's medications is ridiculous.

Worst service EVER at this Kroger pharmacy location! They never get the medications filled on time! I have never been to a pharmacy where it takes 3-4 days to a week to fill your prescriptions!!!! They also say they sent over a request to your doctor for refills on your prescription and they haven't!!!! I will be calling corporate tomorrow to complain because this has been going on way to long and if my mother's insurance covers another pharmacy besides Kroger, I will definitely be switching to someone else!!!!!! This place SUCKS! They are also very rude and not very knowledgeable at all!!!!!

Click List here is a mess. Either you don't get your items at all (but still get charged for them) or told they are out of stock and then go inside and they are fully stocked or wait an hour for pickup and then are told that you are still behind 20 people. Every time I go here it's a bad experience. Managers are no help. It's one problem after another. This Kroger is terribly managed. Go to literally any other Kroger for a better experience.

Do not! Do not! Ever shop the deli at the store! They are only worried about making things not about the customer! My ice cream was melted after waiting 25 minutes and finally walked off. The Manager was not helpful either! Enough

My doctor writes me a script (exactly) on the 4th of every month. Somehow THEY screwed up. They were swamped when the pandemic hit in March. I was there on the 4th to pickup my meds but they couldn't fill them. I have no clue as to what happened after that and how I now (for the past 3 months) get my meds on the 7th of every month but the script is written on the 4th. Lawsuit?

Unbelievable! My girlfriend are I are both ethical vegans who also have adverse reactions to dairy. The Kroger brand marinara sauce here- which should just be tomatoes and spices- CONTAINS MILK! We ate half of a cheeseless pizza we cooked together until we noticed our noses were both running. We checked the pasta sauce ingredients and saw they use cheese in it! Extremely ghetto and disgusting. Vegans and other decent human beings should avoid shopping at Kroger and shop at a more reputable establishment like Whole Foods where sauces don't contain surprise poisons/baby cow growth fluid/puss.

sorry but no. There are some employees there that I really like. But Kroger in general is kind of awful because they play mind games with their couponing. thats a corporate issue.
