I was really excited to receive a Kay Jewelers bag from my husband on Valentines Day! He got me a Citizen Watch, which we are both particular with womens watches. So he said I could go in to get my band sized correctly to match the links to my small wrist. I mapped out an hour of my day, lunch break at work, to come get my watch sized. Well I'd checked online hours AND the hours posted on the shop, but no one was there, it said 'out to lunch, be back soon'....2 ladies walked up and asked if I was waiting. (@245). And said they would not reopen until 330. I said, "I just need a few links removed". And they said sorry, as the store was closed currently, until 330. Well, as I am also in the service industry as a barber, I understand the need to eat. What I'm upset about is the fact that there is lack of communication. 2 people, should allow for one person to assist while coworker eats, or something to allow employees to rest, but should not affect hours of operation. I am going out of town tomorrow and won't be able to make it to another Kay's till a later date, and I was really looking forward to wearing my new present for our weekend getaway. I'm sorely disappointed and will redirect my husband to a different store in future. Thanks anyways.

The greatest and kindest customer service by a very knowledgeable employee at this location. Thank you million times. We came to just look and window shop for Christmas and Suraya was very patient and answered all of our questions so we can make a smart decision. We have been to many jewelry stores and my dad bought few items that day for his sisters because of the employee.

Don’t remember my salesperson name but she was excellent. No pressure. She allowed us to walk around and looked at all the items we wanted. She was very knowledgeable about the jewelry. She also showed us discounts on the items we were looking for. Really wish I knew her name so she can get the recognition that she deserves. It might have been”Diamond Bond”

I got the email that my ring is ready for pick up and then I come to the store November 22nd and whole store is not even open. No ones even there and they're supposed to open at 11. I drove all the way here and for nothing. There's a sign that says they're open from 11 on Monday through friday and close at 6.

The Cool Springs Galleria is supposed to open at 12 it’s 12:16 and it’s not open. There are employees standing around talking and in no rush to open the store. I had my rings serviced here. I had to call this location 5 times yesterday before someone finally answered the phone to tell me my rings were ready for pickup. I never received any status updates via email regarding the service order like you’re supposed to. The service at this location is horrible‼️

Ren, the store manager, was excellent! Bought gifts for my bridesmaids and was able to find similar gifts in similar price ranges for all of them. I was in and out in less then half an hour. Thank you!

Long time customer of Kay Jewelers. Bought my second wedding ring (5 year upgrade) for my wife from the Cool Springs location. Saw it online for sale for $880 less 28 days later. Did an online chat with customer service where they said they could price match. Didn’t hear back so tried again and they said I had to contact the store. Contacted my salesperson and never heard back. Contacted the text line and they said they’d match, then said nvm you have to call the store. Tried that and they refused to do anything. They waited out my return period then told me to get lost. USE ANYONE other than scamming Kay Jewelers

Workers aren’t very smart. Tried to tell me my Gucci necklace was stainless steel and turned me away without even trying to fix my jewelry.

Nice store although salesman made me feel as if maybe I couldn't afford to be there until I said i had an account. Which is why after I walked out I turned around and went back because my bag was not closed with a ribbon thinking initially they may have been out but initial impression weighing on me I went back and they had ribbons he just chose not to give me one I thought this was a customary thing but I guess I was wrong. If I am in town again I wouldn't return to this location
