Emilie is simply the best! I’m super picky when it comes to my vivid hair color and she never steers me wrong! She’s creative and always comes up with something new and awesome but she always takes my preferences into account and makes end result better than I had imagined. There’s nobody else I would trust when it comes to alternative colors! The other staff here is always friendly and very welcoming!

I have been seeing Emilie for the past four years and I will follow her wherever she goes!!! She is so extremely talented and knowledgeable. My hair praises her work always. Felicity Strahle is the BEST! She listened and understood to exactly what i wanted done with my hair! She is very kind and great to chat with! Very knowledgeable! Also she is very thorough and gave me the best hair cut of my life! Would absolutely recommend HER as your next stylist!

Fabulous salon! And Hunter Walden is the absolute best stylist! I drive from Murfreesboro because no one can work magic with hair like Hunter does ~ especially with color! He listens to what you want, then kicks it up a notch so you leave the salon feeling like a star. Ask for Hunter!

Felicity is seriously the best! I had worked with her previously and had to come to Juel Salon to get my hair done by her again! I'm a natural curly girl and wanted to get my hair trimmed and highlighted/low-lighted. She did an amazing job and the results were exactly as I had envisioned and shared from the inspiration pictures! She was so informative and knowledgeable about curly hair care and offered so many helpful tips! Highly recommend coming to see Felicity at Juel Salon!

Stylist: I love Juel Salon. I always feel so pampered when I come in for my refresh day. My stylist (Felicity) gives the best shampoo bowl experience. Complete with warmed eye pillow and head massage. In the past, the bowl was my least favorite part. I usually got neck cramps from the position, and my stylist was too rough. Felicity's pressure is perfect and relaxing, and her blowouts last for days!! Highly recommend:)

Hunter Walden is literally the best. I was his client at his previous salon and followed him to this salon cause I simply don't want anyone else for my hair. I've gone from dark brown to strawberry blonde to turquoise and purple to now orange. He can do it all and I get compliments from strangers about my hair all the time. The salon is beautiful too! Great experience, in a beautiful salon, with the best hair stylist.
Stylist: Hunter Walden. He can do everything, especially if you're wanting to be unique and have some fun with your hair.

Stylist: Saw Clint today for cut/color. My final price (with tip) was close to $400. I’m unable to pay this every 5 wks or so, and if this is the norm for Juel’s I will have to find another salon. I’m disappointed.

Hunter is the absolute best! Color, cut, but most importantly honest and real advice on style, cut, and color. He is amazing at what he does and makes you feel comfortable with your style decisions. He was the first stylist I ever had to cut my curly hair to perfection. Five stars!!

3c 4a ladies be wary, it seems as if they are not equipped to manage, hydrate or style our hair type. They refuse refunds but instead insist on "a redo". Total waste of $300 to wake up with hair that felt like straw. Do not recommend. You'll feel like a circus exhibit. I was encouraged... basically strong armed to reschedule, and if still unsatisfied, I may have received a possible refund. In the interim, not only did I catch covid hindering my ability to go back and be experimented on, I also had to repeatedly see a stylist that understands my hair type in order to nurse my curls/coils back to health. BEWARE the owner has terrible customer service and seems only interested in her money. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had a great experience at the salon with Katie! The salon itself is spacious, inviting, and well decorated. I love how Katie styled my hair. She took her time and was gentle with my curls. I especially appreciated how Katie knew how to work with all types of hair. I have kinkier, more textured natural hair and Katie was knowledgeable about how to work with my type of hair, including the right types of products to retain moisture and achieve the style I was going for.

Felicity cut my hair and my daughters hair today and it was the best haircut! Really the entire experience was wonderful! She was so warm and welcoming. She took her time listening to what we wanted, we never felt rushed. She did a fabulous job and we can wait to go back!

My adult daughters kept telling me to go to Juel Salon and get my curly hair loved on by Kelsey. I’m glad I finally listened. Located on Liberty Pike in Franklin near The Factory, this salon takes care of its customers. I was greeted at the front desk by Zach who was friendly and kind. As a first time customer, he took me on a tour of the salon so I would know where various locations were. He offered me a choice of drink: water, coffee, peppermint tea, and a 2nd kind of tea. Kelsey is wonderful. She was so easy to talk with and is very knowledgeable. It was nice to have someone who knows how to not only cut/style curly hair but also a trainer on how to take care of curly hair. There is free parking available behind the salon.

The feeling you get when you no longer have to worry about a bad haircut, Lemme tell ya, lifetime locked in on this salon. If ya got curly hair, they have alll the secrets to working with it.I'd recommend Kelsey any day!
