Bought a $5000.00 piece of furniture in Oct and we had $170.00 in rewards. Went back 4 months later and won't honor it. Not good business especially for a small business.

Friendly, helpful staff and lots of unique pieces. Unfortunately, we arrived late afternoon but would love to spend more time shopping in the charming store.

My only regret was that I didn't have more time to spend here. Love, love, love their collection of jewelry and can't wait to return and purchase more unique, gorgeous baubles.

After a bad experience with a purchase via the website Heather Byrd Contacted me and was extremely rude as I was having a slight problem with my item. She was most unprofessional, disgraceful person I have ever encountered. I don't recommend this store. I won't shop there due to this experience. Unfriendly staff and horrible experience leaves a very bad taste. It is a shame too as I was looking to purchase a large amount of items from them. But due to this experience I stay away.

This is a fun boutique in downtown Franklin. This shop sells clothing, but the emphasis is on jewelry and accessories. Its style is playful, quirky, original. Highly recommended for shoppers looking for one-of-kind pieces. Good layout and friendly staff add to the experience. I stop in regularly and rarely leave without a purchase.

Hello beautiful baubles. So long paycheck! I could just lose my mind over the fact that I just visited Johnnie Q for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I tend not to make my way out to Franklin very often but this incredible boutique is certainly worth the $3.75 a gallon. I know the owner Brooklyn Byrd personally but this review is based off of sheer product and layout. Clearly, I'm going to like the customer service because she's my pal but trust me when I say, I know a LOT of people and many are friends... but they certainly didn't receive a 5 star Yelp rating from me because we have drinks sometimes or brunch together. 5 stars is based purely on the unique and absolutely gorgeous jewelry, accessories, and apparel in this store. Coupled with striking merchandising and layout, Johnnie Q is where every woman should go if she wants signature pieces that not every other broad on the street will own. Plus, her price points range from totally affordable to splurge. I fell in love with some bracelets from contemporary brand House of Harlow and also some Rachel Pally dresses. Johnnie Q also boasts a beautiful assortment of striking cocktail rings... AKA my ultimate "weakness." I can't appreciate enough the array of pieces that you just won't find anywhere else in Nashville.

Johnnie Q is owned by an O'More graduate. I believe the store opened in the past year or two and is named for the woman's grandmother (not an uncommon thing to do in Franklin). Several other stores have come and gone here (namely boutiques), but this one is a bit different in that it sells mainly jewelry (about 85% of the stock), but they also have purses, various limited knick knack things, and one or two racks of women's clothes. I find the decor refreshing; it's a move away from the typical Franklin boutique ambiance. The floor is black and the walls are white. Basically any furniture or decorative piece in the room is either black, white, or silver and I love it! The jewelry here ranges in price, going from the 2 digit prices to well into the 3 digit prices. The nicer jewelry is in cases (no surprise) and they keep everything organized and clean. The music really just depends what day you go in; they've had french rap one day and pop music the next. The purses are over on the far wall when you walk in; they're almost all above $100 I think, but they're very nice. There are some shoe spat-type accessories by the cash register (ask for help to look at them) as well. If you're looking for jewelry, I'd recommend going here. They have something to suit almost any woman's taste and budget.
