This is by far the worst Joann's store I've been to and that's saying a lot, as I've been all over the nation. Super disorganized, dirty, even the employees can't find things because the aisles are such a mess. Desperately needs new management and a really intense clean up and reorganization. If that weren't the worst, the lady working the cutting counter was in a bad mood and very short and unfriendly.

The great: the employees were all incredibly helpful. The store seems to have a larger selection than the Murfreesboro store as well. The yarn I needed wasn't on the shelf, even though it showed in stock, and one of the employees advised me that I could get free shipping from in the store when ordering online, so the trip wasn't wasted. The not as good: I think they are short staffed because the store seemed a bit messier than other stores I have been to. Also, the yarn I needed was still in boxes in the back from the last truck because they don’t have enough employees to restock appropriately.I will be back to visit again because overall it was a good experience.

This is the first Joann's I have l ever visited. It appears to be a barely functioning. I placed an order online for two items and was told they would be ready for pickup in two hours. Almost four hours later I went to the store because they were closing early the week I was in town. I expected great customer service as I am from an area not nearly as well-developed as Franklin. When I got there things were strewn everywhere and inventory carts were parked all over. I went to the register and asked about my order and was told that they had no idea when I could get my items. They were understaffed and the items were in "1 of 4,000 boxes". She had no way to get it to me and no idea when it would be ready. Please quit using the excuse of being understaffed as an excuse not to do your job.

Don’t offer curbside pick up if you can’t actually fulfill those orders.

Empty shelves, dirty, no inventory that they supposedly had in stock, completely understaffed.

I called ahead to confirm that simplicity patterns were $1.99 today through SUNDAY got this information off of flyer that was mailed to me. When I call the lady spoke with a manager and he told her yes they are $1.99 and I told her I would be in to pick up a few. So I drive over 30 miles picked out the patterns when I get to the checkout When they scanned them they were coming up full price and i explained to them that I had called and had it confirmed that the pattern should have been $1.99 they tried looking it up online trying to get other information but never did they call the manager up to verify what he had told one of the employees. That would have been the right thing to do since I had called to confirm it before driving that far. I'm a little disappointed because of this episode. The store is a nice store located in Franklin and a good shopping center it was really spacious and no problem with parking. And they seem to be well stocked. Just wish they had honored the price so I had to leave them. After driving so far.

Came at 6:58pm on a Tuesday and they were closed! Online and on their door they have the official store hours with a paper hours posted right above it. Ridiculous. Drove from Nashville.

Really upset with this Joann's. I drove 30 minutes to the store knowing that they close at 9pm. When I arrived at the store at 7pm they were closing the store. Nothing on the front of the store, website, or google say anything about them closing 2 hours early. Post something on the outside of your store or your website if your hours are different.

The horrible fluorescent lights that blink and flash or are broken make shopping here an unpleasant experience. Probably bad for the people working there too! The store really needs maintenance, cleaning, and organizing. Too bad because Joann the company has a good selection and good prices if you work the coupons. I won't shop in this store much.

Very mixed experience. Last week, I ordered online and picked up my yarn at the store. That transaction went smoothly. Today, I went into the store to shop for yarn, and it was a rather unpleasant experience. The overhead fluorescent lights were flashing and flickering to give me a headache. The way the yarn is organized is confusing. For example, the Bernat Blanket yarn is in 3 or 4 different aisles. The store feels dingy and chaotic. I do not want to shop there again. The store could benefit from maintenance and organizing, and basic cleaning. I do like Joann's selection and value. Will mostly shop online after today.

What a mess! The aisles were trashed and so were the shelves, including broken glass ornaments which could be hazardous. Maybe staff called in? I’m not sure but so disappointing to go in stores and have to dig like you are in a thrift store.

This is by far the most disgusting store I have been in and I have been a customer of Joanns Fabrics for years I was very disappointed I was not impressed with the cleanliness of this location the restroom was worse than a truck stop on any given day and that was the woman's restroom. Trash everywhere on floors throughout the entire store and I would not recommend anyone with children to shop here for health reasons.

I just went into Joann fabric to purchase an airbrush. I asked the manager, Laura, if they do price matching. She said they do if it is in stock. I verified that it is in stock and told her the prices that were available at hobby lobby. She said "well I'm gonna have to get someone else the verify that it is the same SKU." I said that would be fine. I have already verified that they are in fact the same model. She then asked me, in front of two other customers, "well, then why did you come here?" I explained to her that I was already here in the shopping plaza, and it was simply closer. I have never had such an exchange with the manager at a retail store. I now see why they average a two star review.

Bought a 350 sewing machine - asked the sales lady who checked me out about return policy- no problem she says. Get the machine home and the tension dial is broken. Take it back and the manager pulls up the very fine print on her phone and says sorry - broken machine is yours to keep. Call singer. You can't trust them to honor what they sell!
