I received Numerous compliments, I purchased a medium but I think I could of gotten a small, I just had to tie the back tight. Not sure how sleeves were intended to be worn but I chose down versus up on shoulders.”

“I have a family heirloom ring that I needed to have appraised for insurance purposes. I stopped in to see if they did in-house appraisals as I didn't want it sent out anywhere. I spoke with Jason and ended up leaving the ring. I got a call less than 24 hours later and picked it up. I am the fifth generation to wear it and my daughter-in-law will be the sixth.Franklin Fine Jewelry is a well-run store and everyone one was so nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back.”

“I cannot recommend this jeweler strongly enough. My fiancé bought an antique art deco diamond ring for me here. When it came time for me to buy one in return, it was an easy decision to go here. I showed them some ideas of what I wanted, which were very specific. They didn't have anything like them stock, but quickly found some that were similar online. They ordered one, but it didn't look like the internet pictures. They immediately recommended having a completely custom ring made to my exact specifications--at no additional cost over customizing a pre-made ring. They had ordered several diamonds for me to see. We put together photos and ideas, and their jeweler went to work. They initially told me it would be a few months to have the ring crafted, but had it ready in just a couple weeks. It came out beautifully. They were so welcoming and accommodating. There were no cheesy sales tactics or pressure. They seemed to be only interested in providing me with exactly what I wanted within my budget. If you need any kind of jewelry or gifts, you won't find a better place to shop!”

“My girlfriends and I went to this store while visiting Franklin, Tennessee last week. Nestled inside of the store is a prayer chapel with hung with hundreds of prayer tags. Written by those, like me who are so grateful to have experienced the mercy of God. This is more than retail shopping experience it’s a stop to remember all the good we already have. Thank you for your Christian witness and I only wish more store/ restaurants would be inspired to do the same.”

“EDITED:After receiving the ring back from the shop the second time I will say the repair was exceptionally done. This time you truly cannot tell where the repair happened. Though the process was frustrating, they did make the ring just as good as the day I bought it.I bought my wife an anniversary band here. The purchase went smoothly and my wife loved the ring. Unfortunately she lost a diamond in the ring so I had to bring it for a claim on the diamond bond insurance to have it repaired.The associate was great and helped me get it sent off with no problems. They said it would be back in about 2 weeks and it was. The repair that was made to it was pretty shoddy and it didn't look nearly as nice after they were finished with it. We asked if we could have the repair redone so that it matched the rest of the stones better and they seemed very eager to correct it. It was sent off again and I was told they would expedite and I'd have it back in a week.Now it's been a month and nothing. I've called them twice and both times they assured me I would have it in the next couple days but nothing.They have a tracker website but it never updates. Just says in the repair shop and to call the location for more information.While the store and the associates are great, the diamond bond insurance and the "shop" that items get sent to for repair seem to leave much to be desired.”

“I have always loved Macy's, drove 30+ miles to the Cool Springs store. So frustrating to find cute tops but not full range of sizes. After 5 tries of " you can order it online" and "closest store that has it is near The Villages in FL", I gave up. Next time I will save the gas, order online and return if I have to.”

“I went into this location on 1/29/23 to see if someone could repair a link on my bracelet. The employee (Kimberly) was able close the link in order for my charm to stay on. While at the store I decided to purchase another charm for my other bracelet. After selecting & paying for my new charm, the employee offered to put it on my bracelet for me. During this process, she had taken off 1 of my closers. I didn't realize it until the next day when I was on vacation and took my bracelet off. A few of my charms went flying off. I was in shock at 1st because this has never happened before. I thought long & hard trying to figure out why this happened. Once I looked at my bracelet, I realized that she had never put my closer back onto my bracelet after adding my new charm. I immediately called the store and was prompted to come into the store. When I arrived back from vacation, I went into the store & no one apparently had seen my closer. I was devastated! Luckily the manager (Von) heard my story and I ended up leaving the store with a new closer. Thank goodness for a Great manager with Great Customer Service Skills. They will always get my business!”

“My experience with them was amazing. We were looking for a custom made ring engraved both on inside and outside. The first time I saw their website and viewed their ring selection they had the exact black tungsten ring with silver cross that we had been dreaming of. I was able to customize it to have an engraving on both the in and outsides. They give you the option to have it sent before engraving in order to make sure your ring fits properly, Awesome thing to have, as we ordered a 9.5 and it was too big. Sent it back to them with our paper filled out for changes to have it made a size 9. At that point they engraved our ring and sent it. We had a little hiccup with the engraver not seeing that it needed an outside engraving done as well, but they were quick to email me and let me know as well as intercept the package from usps to have it sent back to them. This did take longer than expected due to usps and instead they went out of their way to make us a whole new ring altogether and express ship it to me. I could not have asked for better communication and customer service. Received the ring back today and it is absolutely FLAWLESS. Exactly what we had imagined and never thought we would be able to find. THANK YOU TUNGSTEN AFFINITY :) You guys are amazing.”
