It's no surprise that the owner of this amazing center is a psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner, because this center is a community, not just a class. The global therapeutic effects of having fun, working out, and feeling like you're part of something bigger all at one time is priceless. Encouragement, support and overall positivity sets this center apart from any other "gym". Whether you're new to working out or already a pro, you'll get an amazing workout every single time. The owner, Ann Crim, is warm, supportive and genuinely loves what it means to be a part of the jazzy community - and it rubs off on everyone who walks through those studio doors. I recommend this center for anyone and everyone - and I promise you'll be treated like family.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! I have been going for 5 years and really enjoy the awesome workouts, music, and instructors! I have also made some wonderful friends of all ages. This is the one workout I have stuck with consistently and when I miss a few days or a week b/c of vacation I am sad. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a total body workout in a fun atmosphere!

My fiance surprised me by purchasing a package of dance lessons to learn the basics and come up with a short routine for our first dance. Lacey was our instructor and she is FABULOUS! She was so much fun to work with. She cut our first dance song for us, wrote out a whole routine, and helped us master it (as best as we could). Lacey get's 5 stars!My only complaint is that they are 'private lessons' but there are always multiple customers there and you have to share the music. It's not very private at all.

I’m an instructor now, but I started as a customer. This is such a fun workout and the camaraderie at the center is amazing. This is a place where you can be yourself and not feel judged for how you workout!

Really nice people! As a cross over from out of town, I was welcomed warmly and the staff was very helpful, explained their cross over policy and provided me with a card for my stay. The location has really tall ceilings and is well ventilated, the equipment is clean and well-maintained. The seating area when you walk in is really cute and I loved the cubbies for members to store their personal things during class so that they're just not on the floor. The instructor was challenging and very fun. I also loved the vibe of the other members attending the class which made the class so fun. The location is close to the interstate so quick to locate and easy parking.

Love me some Jazz! It's the greatest part of my day. The newer flip fusion is my favorite class. I love how It makes me feel stronger. They offer a lot of class times throughout the day and day care to help this mommy get in an awesome workout!
