Shopping for an upcoming vacation at 1:00 on a Friday, two sales people in the store and no other customers. Neither of the sales associates asked if I needed help. Very disappointed.

Great! Order online the 4May. Very easy and saved $50 on my order! Then Fed ex lost the package and it wasn't being delivered. A customer service rep told me she would refund the order and the. I called Fed Ex and got the package back in track and finally received it on the 16th and went to J Kill store and everything was great.Sales person was able to still give me the discount on my purchase even after it had been refunded. I purchased the items I wanted without any hassle!I will be customer now for life!!
