Weird interior car smell after leaving car for express service, questionable multi service inspection process, general lack of attention you think would come with the premium paid for dealership service.

Dealing with Infiniti of Cool Springs was a pleasure. They made my buying experience easy, answered any questions or concerns that I had, and they worked hard to give me the best deal possible. I greatly appreciate their courtesy.

I purchased a 2021 QX50 from an independent car dealership in Murfreesboro about a month ago. There were a couple of minor issues that I wanted looked at so I took It directly to Infinity of Cool Springs. My service representative, Trey, was very easy to communicate with. I dropped my keys in the night box and left my car there as the service department was closed for Labor Day and I got a text from him the next morning regarding the issues on the drop off form at 7:00am the next morning. Not only were the issues adressed but they also checked all the fluids, brakes, belts, etc without me having to ask. That’s above and beyond service if you ask me. I would highly recommend!

Went to Infiniti with a mechanical issue for my 2016 Q70. It cost more to fix the problem than I owed. Ended up leaving with a certified pre owned 2020 QX50 SUV instead. Love, love, love this place

My battery would not hold a charge. I took it to Infiniti. Jordan Thompson, service advisor, was very helpful in making sure my battery was replaced in a timely manner. Thank you, Jordan. You are awesome!

I had a bad experience with the service advisor. The service manager was very kind though. Ultimately went to another shop for the work I needed.

I’ve taken my Infiniti to the Cool Springs location a couple times now, although the Louisville location is a lot closer to where I live. I have always had good experiences with their service center at Cool Springs. They keep me informed on my vehicle status throughout, they know what they’re doing and they get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. The representative I worked with, James, was very respectful and responsive. When I came to pick the vehicle up, he was there to greet me and was very kind and helpful. The only downside was the cost. My vehicle had a short in the engine bay wiring harness and they recommended getting a brand new wiring harness. Installation was a 15 hour job, all together quoted at 7k. I found a brand new OEM wiring harness (from another Infiniti dealer) for much cheaper than what they quoted me but they weren’t willing to price match. They would have installed the parts if I provided them but they would not warranty the parts or labor. If for some reason the part I provided didn’t function, they would charge me for the install and uninstall and then I’d be back to square one. I ended up paying their extremely high price to ensure I had warranty on the parts and labor. I will say, the sales manager was kind enough to knock the labor rate down a bit to help out but it was negligible in the big scheme of things. A little disappointed I had to sink 7k into my vehicle that has 170k miles on it and only books at about 4k trade-in value.
