Stopped by while walking through downtown Franklin. The cashier, Carissa?, realized we had inadvertently been overcharged and tracked us down to make sure it was made right. I appreciated her so much, and it was definitely above and beyond!

Absolutely LOVE this store!! Sweetest place with such cute clothing and accessories!! The owner has a heart of gold and you can feel the joy when you walk in! Love love love it!
