I have high expectations for the Hyatt, which is why this is the only chain we use when we travel. Our first night was great, especially the gentleman with his little puppy. After that, we were met with a lady that definitely didn’t like her job. She wouldn’t even look at us when we were asking questions or checking out. The cleaning staff was VERY friendly and great at their job. The room is a good size, but the bathroom is small. The location of the hotel is great because it’s only 25 minutes to Broadway. Definitely recommend!

The service was good, friendly staff. Hotel was fairly dated and the beds were very poor. We changed rooms after 2 nights but both my husband and I woke up with very sore back/neck every morning due to the beds and ended up switching hotels which solved the issue.

Our family enjoyed our stay! I always know what to expect at a Hyatt Place, and this location did not disappoint. My kids especially enjoyed the pool and the wide variety at breakfast. Thank you!
Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants nearby.
Food and drinks: Great breakfast and coffee selection.

This was our first visit to Franklin and discovered this hotel. It is clean and spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and the service is great. We haven't tried the breakfast yet, but it looks good. The location is great, with easy access to the freeway, and the Galleria mall is just a few minutes away. It is close to downtown Franklin.

This is a super clean hotel. The staff was always available and very helpful. We stayed here to attend a convention downtown. It was convenient to drive downtown with a 20 min drive.
Excellent place.

Hotel is definitely older... Bed was the worst I've experienced in a long time. I barely slept. Mildew/mold in shower otherwise clean. One elevator was broken. Ice machine not in service. NOT worth the nearly $200/night. Staff seemed nice enough. Location is very safe and convenient for those traveling in I65. Lots of restaurants and more. Starbucks nearby. Next time I'll go to the nearby Hyatt *House* location instead.
Safety: Very safe location.

I had a wonderful stay here in March. The room was large and comfortable. It's a little further from Nashville and Franklin than I expected but the positives far outweighed this. The best part was the service. Kaitlyn and PJ were the staff on swing shift at the front desk. They were among the friendliest staff I've ever had at a hotel. They truly made the stay a pleasure.
Rooms: The rooms are large, quiet, and comfortable.
Walkability: There aren't a ton of things within walking distance but you can walk to a Starbucks and a couple restaurants.

Mr PJ was the evening host and the gentleman during the day were both kind and gracious. They are hard workers. The rooms were neat and spacious, bathroom was modern. Breakfast was "bougie" per my daughter. Thank you for taking care of us!

The staff were great especially Mr. PJ the night shift attendant. The hotel was a nicely remodeled facility. The only issue is the ADA room. The shower was a "roll in" but hade a vinyl water guard that was vertical making it not truly "roll in. The room was also real tight to be ADA. My wife's wheel chair(manual standard size) barely fit between the bed and the wall to get to the bathroom. The bathroom took some maneuvering to get in and out of and into and out of the shower and off the toilet. The mattress was harder than most hotel beds too. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, but do wish the room was slightly bigger or that there had been a queen bed roll in shower ADA room available. Also point of interest the carpeted hallways make it hard for folks in manual wheelchairs to push themselves through the halls. Again the staff could NOT have been any nicer, or helpful.
